CVS

There was a young lady with curly hair and glasses (didn't catch her name), who worked the front of store/checkout area on Tuesday 1/2/2024 approx 4:30p. She was so kind and helpful, friendly (but not too much). Even wishing me "lots of tips" as I left the store (being that I was on a delivery run). If she never changes or gets that "sick of this job" attitude that we sometimes acquire in the work place, I wouldn't be surprised if she's not elevated to supervisor or manager in the future (if she isn't already) because she was a total gem. The company should be proud. If I happen to go to that CVS location in the future and she's there I will get her name and edit this post because great customer service should definitely be acknowledged. Thank you.

I wish I had caught her name but the young lady with long dark straight hair who helped me at the self checkout and made sure my coupons applied offered exceptional customer service. She even showed me a couple of tricks about the app. I’m always afraid to ask for help when employees are stocking inventory but she was very welcoming and helpful. She definitely is an asset to your company. Thank you!

I love shopping at this location!!!! I love the clothes section as soon as you walk in the the store!!! I am tall and i have found a lot of tall pants yoga pants here! Jeanette is so HELPFUL !!! and polite!! Very caring will take time and explain things to you!!! even when she is very busy!!! She is TOP NOTCH!!!!!

I went to CVS today around 2pm ish after I just woke up. It's been raining today so it's nasty and muggy. I heard some stranger yelling at me from the parking lot and I just walked in to get some floss. Well, this stranger was a 30something looking dude wearing a planet fitness shirt, and looking like he hadn't showered in days. He came up to me and told me to act like I knew him. He told the cvs workers (2 ladies today god bless them) that I was his girlfriend. He continued chatting with me and talking to me about floss, and then asked me what hair dye I wanted. When he left to go look at something else one of the workers was scanning items next to me, and I told her I don't know this dude. These ladies kept him distracted and busy while I called my husband and friends to let them know of the situation. One of them even walked me to my car when the man left the checkout area and went outside. These ladies need a raise please. They stopped a potential kidnapping for all I know, but this man was being very forward and creepy. I made it home safely thanks to them today. Thank you 😭😭😭

I went yesterday and bought what I was looking for. I was greeted by Kevin and Chris while shopping inside your store. Kevin was stocking items onto the shelves and was able to assist me on the item I was looking for. I am very very impressed with these two gentleman on how well they provide fantastic customer service to me and other customers inside the store. They didn’t seem at all annoyed with my questions. If you have an incentive like employee of the month, please consider these two for nominations.

I have had some health issues recently that have caused more frequent trips to the pharmacy. The non-pharmacy staff members are friendly and greet you when you walk in the door. The pharmacy has been excellent. The staff are friendly. The pharmacist on staff will go over new medications with you such as if the medication should be taken in the morning or evening. I recently had a problem with getting a medication approved by my insurance. The pharmacist worked with my doctor to get it approved by my insurance and filled. Thank you!

Was on hold with the Pharmacy for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Finally got frustrated and called the main store, got a wonderful lady named Vicky. She was able to inform me that the pharmacy was swamped, but that folks were working. She was also able to answer questions about possibly transferring my prescription. Vicky was wonderfully helpful in an otherwise incredibly stressful and painful encounter with CVS.

Eliza (sp?) was so incredibly kind and helpful!! Helped me find my photo order that I thought was lost forever. Y’all should appreciate this gem on your staff!! THANKS ELIZA!!!

I really like this location and staff. Some people just naturally complain about everything. Ignore them and apply patience and your requests will be granted. I really like the self checkout and the drive thru is always accurate and convenient.

Friendly staff. Recently had a passport photo taken and it was good quality. The photo was done in minutes. Items are slightly overpriced but if you only need a few things it’s great.

The pharmacy is great at this location! Efficient and reliable! We drive out of our way to fill our rx’s here!
