Westfield Goodwill Store

From the perspective of someone dropping things off rather than shopping, this is a good option as far as goodwill stores go. It’s not sketchy in any way, it’s conveniently located near some other shopping I have frequently do, and they do not ever give me a hard time letting me drop things off. I give household goods or clothes without any issues or questions and leave, it’s quick and convenient.

I did not shop here but I did have 2 truck loads off good useful goods to drop off. I had everything organized and inside good cardboard boxes to help it be more together so it would not be damaged. My 3rd and final load was a huge big mirror that was $50 and 4 feet long wall shelves that I did not want to get damaged and what I thought was great is that 2 employees came out and helped me so they were able to take them inside . I do hope the kids, adults enjoy these great items. Again thank you to the staff members for your help.

Excellent finds and great staff. They had multiple check out lines available with staffing throughout the store.

Very clean and neat. It was senior 30% off so pretty busy but unlike Walmart they called for extra cashiers and three showed up.

I go here a lot and they usually have some really nice stuff. I go to all the other Goodwill's to though and sometimes feel that because this one's located by Carmel it's a little more expensive. But again it does usually have higher quality stuff.

This is one of my favorite Goodwill stories in the North Indy & Indpls area. The workers are so kind and I can always find what I'm looking for out of their selections. Definitely stop by!

First time at this store. Everything was great we found some good deals and it was easy to get in and out.

Second hand shop. What you will find there is a pure lottery. Staff is very polite and helpful.

If you're looking for a Goodwill with quality finds, this is the right place---for example, I got a J.Crew button-down shirt in really good condition for less than $4 last week.

Best goodwill in the area for quantity and quality of men's items. Not easy to get to after the highway 31 construction
