Great experience with the appliance department. Ronnie Bob and Michael were awesome and made the stressful situation I had much easier. They got me a nice washer and got it to me as quick as possible.

Hands down the friendliest staff of any Lowe's I've ever been to. This is a very clean and well organized store.

I want to give a huge shout out to Michael in the flooring department. He saw me looking confused and was able to help out, without being a typical “in your face” salesperson. I was able to find the best material for my home thanks to Michael, since he was extremely knowledgeable. I’m going to personally ask for Michael if I visit this Lowe’s again.

Always love this place! Clean and friendly. I can usually find what I need and if I have a question someone is usually available to help. Smiles are free!!

This is a very nice, clean, and well organized Lowe’s. The people are very helpful and friendly. They are much more knowledgeable than the people at Lowes or Home Depot in Louisiana. It’s convenient and easy to reach. I recommend it without reservations.

We were looking for plants and we found a good variety in the store at reasonable prices. The employee in that area was very helpful and the cashier was patient.

We just had a really productive and helpful interaction with sales specialist, Bailey, while picking out a new storm door. Bailey went out of his way to assist us and provide us with all the information needed to make an informed decision. Bailey was able to politely redirect other customers who were interrupting our conversation, and maintained his attention with us the entire time. We really appreciated his help today.

Found the light fixture I was looking for. Bulbs to put in the light fixture. Already installed the fixture, looks great, sheds a lot of light.

A million thank yous to Sam, who really held my hand through assembling my very first garden. Over two visits, she patiently worked with me to figure out exactly what supplies I needed, and educated me on how execute my dream. Now, I’m growing vegetables, and it’s all thanks to HER! 🥰

Lowes is definitely my favorite out of all the home improvement type stores. They always have what I/we need, the Pro account lets the business earn points and everyone working is always helpful. They usually have what I am looking for and if they are out offer to help find it at another store.

Dean was absolutely fantastic in helping me this evening! He was friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient and I truly enjoyed talking with him as he assisted me. He made my visit to have keys made a true pleasure! Lowes is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member in Dean. I will ask for him the next time I visit Lowes in Carmel and will tell my friends to do the same. Please share this feedback with him as he is very deserving of this praise. :-)

Amazing customer service. We were looking for mower blades and there was only one left in stock, so we called ahead to check availability. We sat on the phone for a little while but it was worth it. Normally at other retailers, the workers don't check very thoroughly. But these guys exceeded our expectations and found the last set of mower blades in stock. They had to look through top stock to find it, which, if you've ever worked in retail, you know it can be a pain to search through. We have been struggling to find these blades in stock in store so we were thrilled that they were able to help us. We appreciate the customer service lady and the garden center guy for going the extra mile to help us out. Would recommend this Lowes to anyone.

I needed paint to redo my living room. This was my first time painting. The gentleman in that department was very helpful in guiding me on items that I needed and advised what I didn’t need.

I went to this store to browse for a few items in the garden center. The holiday spirit was high in this area and the staff was wonderful. I saw an employee searching the store, yelling out for someone that she went to the back to find an item for. The cashier was so patient and helped each customer make sure they got everything they needed. I was very impressed and will be back to this location over any others.
