Walmart Supercenter

I had two top-tier MVP class customer support team members help me in this Walmart today and I mean they provided next-level customer service. I even gave the young lady the Hershey chocolate bar that I bought only to try to get cash back at her suggestion when their ATM didn't provide credit card cash withdrawals because even though that didn't work either, she was doing everything she could think of to try to help me and I appreciated it.

I must say I was hesitant to go to this location because of the taxes. This location had the fastest curbside service that I have experienced so far. I checked in, and before I could check the phone again for the time the guy was there with my package. Awesome sauce!

One of the better Walmarts from the south east side. They definitely did an excellent job today especially their employee Martiel (forgive my spelling) he answer my call and when above and beyond. He answer the call with no wait time, calmly voice, and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Updated me on my online orders and adjusted one them for pick up. This Walmart has been great no complains. Thank you!

I so love Walmart vision & glasses section of the store!!! I had a 2pm appointment, and they were on point w the services at the exact time. I went on a Tuesday and on Thursday of the same week I received a call saying my glasses were back!! That's the fastest I've ever gotten a pair of glasses from anywhere.. The service was exceptional!! This location will be my new place to get my glasses. They have some pretty and reasonable specs.. Oh, and the employees was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring people... I absolutely love this location. I'm referring all my friends to this location

I haven't went to the house of hope where I did not enjoy myself the service. The music, everything. What's beautiful and Jesus was they.

Honestly, I detest going in Walmart, but this one was so nice and clean... I was shocked. I'll definitely go back.

My experience was actually good, with it being around the holidays the service was as good as regular days.

They have gotten better at this location and these employees are more helpful. I slowed going to them because service was terrible. But since I had a better experience, I will start back shopping at this location.

Pick up of Thanksgiving groceries were completed sooner than the expected time. I appreciated that!

They were well stocked, employees greeted you throughout the store and asked twice did I find everything I was looking for. 👍

Love me some walmart, they have everything i need an want, i shop there at least 5 days a week i always need something.❤

They have everything from food clothing automotive etc. Plus better pricing than anywhere else.

I thank God for walmart cause I can get everything I need from there.

I ordered a bike online and it was ready for me when I was there to pick it up

I love Wal-Mart always and forever no matter what they don't have I just have always loved them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff that works there. I was able to get assistance with everything I needed right down to using a gift card and showing me how to look up my produce items. It was a very good experience for me, I may have to visit Lansing store again on my next shopping trip. Everything was well stocked, the only thing I don't like is having to scan my own groceries. I am told this maybe the wave of the future 🤔, I just prefer the cashier checking me out (ole school).

I went to pick up groceries for uber deliveries. The workers there was nice, came out and told me where to park and when the order was ready they packed it all up in my car neatly. So yes i would shop online at that location
