AT&T Store

The young man who help me at the Lansing location was very nice and kind. He was very patient as well. He ran the store all by himself.

I LOve this LOCATION! They are always great and immediate service. Helpful very knowledgeable. I have come here for a couple years and now this is definitely my favorite store.

I love this store! The new manager Tiffany is my go to girl. She always makes sure I’m takin care of when I walk in. It’s nice to have a person know you on a first name basis. She’s always bubbly and laughing!

Magali has great customer service and was highly satisfied with my new iPhone 13 pro max. She has great communication skills! Deserves a raise for her performance.

I came in for a upgrade and I was immediately greeted with a smile that made me feel very welcome!!! Tiffany was amazing helpin me with my upgrade to the iPhone X!!! I did not have to do anything she transferred all of my info from my old phone to my new phone, she even assisted with putting my screen protector on my phone and my case!!! I am glad i came to this location to get my upgrade!!! The manager Daarina made sure i was helped to the fullest!!!! They offered the best customer service experience!!!

Margali is a real asset to ATT. I have an old Galaxy 6 phone, but she looked on google and helped me find the correct charging cable I needed. She wrote it on a piece of paper for me although she did not sell this type any longer. She speaks two language and has a true customer service heart.

Exceptional service. Went above and beyond to help. BIANCA and BRIANA are the absolute best. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, able to answer all my questions and that of my friend. I will go out of my way (Highland and Merrillville are so much closer) to return to this store because of them.

JOSE IS AMAZING. He’s so funny and personable. He had knowledge of all the promotions and tips on how to save money while still getting all the services/devices you need. Best store experience I’ve ever had honestly

Best AT&T store I’ve been to, Daarina was awesome, had me taken care of right away was fast and explained everything to me as needed. I am now leaving a happy customer with my brand new Apple Watch!

Daarina Cyprian was so incredibly helpful and patient. She stayed over an hour after the store closed to help me and my girlfriend set up phone plans. She is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and a good store manager. This is by far the best AT&T store in the area, thanks to Daarina.

I added my Daughter a phone line on the Account with my wife and I, and wanted a phone with Restrictions.. The sales Rep was so Helpful with Explaining and showing me how to work my Daughter Phone.. Glad I Chose that store to go to the Experience was Great.. The whole Staff was Great
