AT&T Store

Thanks to Thaddeus my faith in AT&T has been renewed. He went above and beyond to make sure that we receive the best possible service available.

We visited the Munster store July 14, 2023. The employee greeted us, patiently answered questions and even tried to find additional discounts for our account. As we were upgrading devices and transferring data to new devices, the appointment took some time, but the employee was very efficient. Good experience overall.

Let me just say that Anthony was the only person that saved this store from only getting one star. He was very knowledgeable, able to multitask with his customers, maintained a professional composure, and was able to save the store from a terrible experience I had the prior day with Bree. Bree sent me home with no sim card in my phone and laughed when I had to come back to the store. She also told me she emailed me my receipt when she did not. Making yet another trip to the store, the next day Anthony again waited on me and promptly took care of my problems. He, at least, apologized for the mishaps and got me what I needed. He needs a raise and he should be made manager. Great job Anthony!

We have such good experiences with Rachael that we prefer seeing her over anyone else. She is knowledgeable of her products and her customer service skills are genuine. She wants us to leave the store satisfied with our purchase/upgrade and she succeeds in doing so every time!

I've had service with all the major carriers and I've had some ok customer service experiences in store, but mostly bad (magenta). But the customer service I experienced from Rachael V at this AT&T location was phenomenal and awesome. I will continue to do business with this store thanks to Rachael.

Justin Lara, was the most professional sales representative i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is polite and extremely knowledgeable. His ability to help me with a complex and sensitive issue has prevented me from leaving AT&T. I am a small business owner finding employee's with this robust skill set has proven extremely hard. AT&T if you are listening promote this man.

I stopped in the store to ask some questions about upgrading some of the phones in my plan. I wasn’t ready to do it today, but the rep was able to answer all my questions and even gave me extra info I didn’t know I needed to help w my decisions. I’ll def stop back in this store to do my upgrades!

Came to the store exactly at 8 on the last day of my payment arrangement the door was locked no cars in the parking lot. I knew I was screwed. Thomas let me in to pay my bill. My phone would’ve been off and reconnection fees would have had to been paid. Thank you so much Thomas ❤

Customer service was amazing I'm not sure what his name was but he was great!!! You should definitely give home a raise/bonus!!!! He helped us Sunday morning and he was very friendly

Rachel and Cameron were amazing ! We had so much trouble at another store which was a corporate store. We came here hoping to get assistance and left with all of our questions and problems answered and more . They explained everything and went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I’ve been to other AT&T stores and have received mediocre service, as an unhappy customer who was on the cusp of switching phone providers. I came to this particular location and was helped by a very knowledgeable employee, Brianna wasted no time solving and answering all my problems, questions and concerns. Overall very satisfied and I will not be wasting my time going to any other AT&T location.

Joaquin is great, he provides the upmost best customer service by far. 10/10

Salesperson Marsha Patterson was extremely helpful with setting up my new iphone 8 due to the fact my iphone 5 totally separated from it's case due to a battery overheat issue. Got everything transferred from the old to the new while in the store. Her manager Kaylin Schmidt also followed though on completing the required paperwork .

Great! This was a great shopping experience.

I am not a huge fan of shopping.. the browsing the lines people yadda yadda.... but this was calm pleasant and the gentleman who took care of me was informative and very helpful.

I would always go back to this specific AT&T store for anything to do with my phone or AT&T services.
