I called 11/20 looking for a game for my son birthday Jay told me he was about to close.I asked if he could give me a few minutes because this is all my son wanted. He waited and had the game rung up for me when I got there. There was another associate with him they were so nice. It’s hard to find good service like this these days. Thanks Jay

The employees were very friendly and professional. I recently bought a ps5 and needed some accessories. ( I'm an xbox guy) I'm very big on customer service, granted the product that I'm purchasing is important but customer service will determine how often I come to that particular business

Didn't have what we needed, but help us to track it down at another GameStop. Prefer to buy here as opposed to big box store. Price usually similar. New games cost $60, no matter where they come from.

Stopped in today for a Switch controller. Glenn was really helpful with picking one out. Also got to use $15 thanks to the awesome pro rewards program.

This place has been so kind to me. I love all of the employees and their helpful attitudes. The manager is a sweet guy and knowledgeable about a variety of game/merchandise news. Worth the stop

I have 3 or 4 GameStops closer to my house, but i go out of my way to there Munster store. The staff is very friendly, very informative, and they don't push all the extras on you like most of the other stores.

Wish game stop wasn't restricted as much as they have been... they have to deal with worst restrictions than anywhere I've seen, but they are making it work! Call ahead if you want to know if they have a specific game in stock.
