T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I was a AT&T customer for over 10 years paying close to $500 a month for phone and $80 a month for internet. I decided to go into T-Mobile and asked about pricing and decided to switch they were able to cut my bill in half including my internet, plus Netflix and Apple+ included! Joshua, Uzi, & Julianna were very friendly and helpful! I’m a very happy T-Mobile customer now.🙌🏻👌🏼📱

I broke my phone while on vacation and had to come into this location. Between the staff and manager Joshua i was impressed on how easy it was to get a new phone out of state. Customer service is rare these days so I was impressed on how nice and patient everyone was. I was very indecisive and kept going back and forth between getting the same or upgrading my phone. Then I decided to add a whole extra line lol. Joshua explained all the devices and allowed me time to decide while also working with other indecisive people.

T-Mobile's service here in Munster is outstanding! Not usually the store I go to but definitely will be now. Their customer support is top-notch. I really appreciated the help I received from Uzi and Joshua!

I May Want an Upgrade and Maybe Add a Line.

Before entering the T-Mobile store on Calumet Ave in Munster, I called and inquired about a device and said that I may be in later that day. I stopped in and an employee, Joshua, asked if I called earlier. How did he know? Was it the way that I stepped into the store with my right foot give it away? Maybe it was the way I blinked automatically, You know, the I don’t have to think about blinking the way I have to think about chewing kind of way. I don’t know but he figured me out! My cover was blown! Anyway, I confessed that it was me. He directed me to Aden (Aiden?) for the assist who then brought a teammate, Jandro (Alejandro) for the alley-oop. Maybe Jandro was training. Either way, he was there. Standing around for a few seconds, Aden then says to the two of us (me and Jandro), ‘shall we sit’ as he motions to an awaiting round table. I thought he was about to bring out beverages and a charcuterie board the way he invited us to sit down! We laughed it off. The three of us began to talk through what I was wanting and we came to a resolve. Because of how the three of them, Aden, Jandro, and Joshua, worked to find me great deals based on my autonomous blinks and the fact that I am an amazing mom, (it was confirmed by my sons by via speakerphone) oh and a new way to pronounce Joshua, I left this store knighted (Tnighted at the round table🤔) with TWO new lines. New phone, who this? This team was great. It was my first time going in here and won’t be my last; because I didn’t get my snack! Well, I guess I’ll stop in for future phone needs as well! Ciao!

I was visiting from out of town with a new phone that had not yet been set up. Not only was I switching my provider from AT&T, I was also switching from an Android phone to an iPhone. Needless to say I was totally clueless as what to do. Immediately as I walked in everyone was so kind and helpful. They got me switched over and explained everything that I needed to know to use my new phone. I couldn’t have done it without help from the employee and manager Joshua.They all went above and beyond typical customer service to help me. I appreciate them so much!

Everyone was attentive and super helpful. They all made sure my needs were met. I greatly appreciate the refreshing cups of water and many refills.

Excellent customer service when I came in with my family to switch over too T-Mobile. The sales representative, manager, & the entire team was professional & courteous! The store was spotless & I highly recommend this store to everyone!

The manager, Joshua, was very kind and walked me through everything. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and helped me pick the best plan and phones for me and my kids. Very good experience

Uzi is definitely one of the best employees of this location! Always has been helpful, very kind and is so engaging and also very easy to talk to.

The metro employees were helpful to a point. When asking about changing over to T-mobile, they didn't offer any help. Another company helped and received the sale for four new phones and the service contract. This service center lost another customer.

I went in a couple days ago needing help with my phone because I couldnt access my google account and all the employees in the store all helped out to assist me in resetting my password since I got lucky enough to be customer at the time. They also were able to help me get a new phone line for my sisters and apparently I only have to pay for one and got free phones with them with a promotion they had going
