Excellent experience with Lowes, especially with Morgan. She was so helpful with me trying to surprise my husband with a new larger Ariens Snowblower. They had it built for me and put it in the truck as well. This store in Leominster is always clean, always helpful, always professional and knowledgeable. Morgan, again, thank you! He was shocked! 😎

The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgable in helping me find the items I needed. Store inside was neat. Overall, shopping here went very well and I would come back again if needed when in the area.

Just purchased a large order of plywood and would like to give Kyle a big thanks for helping me load it on the cart and also helping me to load it in my truck. I never had anyone else every ask me if I needed a hand in the past.

This Lowe’s in Leominster is a little bit further out-of-the-way than Home Depot. However, the wood is straighter, the store is nicer and better stocked and best of all the employees are excellent and knowledgeable. Sean is a younger gentleman who always picks my orders, and is extremely friendly and helpful.

This has to be the best experience in a big box store I have ever had. I went in to just do a simple return. One not only did Kyle at the service desk return my products faster than anyone I have but he was super knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He noticed that I was talking about possibly buying a new grill. He then proceeded to call Paul over to customer service. Me and paul then talked about what I wanted and he directed me to go see Kyle again. Oh boy Kyle was amazing he rang me out so fast and coordinated the assembly and pickup. Definitely the smartest and the hands down the fastest customer service person I have seen in my many years shopping at this Lowe’s. Definitely going places.

I used to shop at Home Depot and I came into Lowe’s just for a few things then I saw the vanity that’s on sale and it peaked my interest. The gentleman at the service desk Kyle was very helpful and really smart. He checked me out coordinated the delivery with me even signed me up for a credit card. Best customer service I have seen in a long time definitely someone I’d keep around if I were management. Thank you Kyle for your help and I definitely come see you with my future sales

The staffing there was very friendly and welcomed Pearl in the store. They also helped me find exactly what I needed and offered me advice for an upcoming DIY project I have!!

This store is awesome. The aisles are nice and wide and the store has a very open layout. This helps reduce crowding and makes the experience very well. All the staff I have ever dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. The other Orange big box store in Leominster is always crowded and their aisle layout is very cluttered. Not much space to move around and you always feel crowded.

Always a good idea pops up when I walk the aisles of Lowe's.

Always has what I need. Sometimes some amazing clearance deals.

Their rewards is pretty great. Customer service is excellent because most of the reps know what they are talking about. I always find what I need because the store is neat and labeled well. Prices are high but quality is worthwhile

Bob in the Appliance Department was extremely helpful with a complicated issue that originated with an online order. He helped us through every step and resolved our problem with the assistance of store manager John when it was necessary. Lowe’s is lucky to have a dedicated employees like Bob and John.

The staff they have is always super helpful and willing to find the products you're looking for. The store is kept very clean and highly organized. I prefer Lowes over Home Depot Lowes usuallys have a more homeowner friendly atmosphere but caters to contractors as well. Lots of parking a d handicap accessible. Always a great place to find things for the house

Things here have improved significantly since awhile ago. The gentleman helping us pick out the right chainsaw was very helpful, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us answering our many questions

We went to Lowe's to buy a refrigerator. We were impressed with the selection and prices. The salesman was helpful and delivery was arranged for the following Saturday. We were called the evening before with an estimated delivery time. The delivery men were not only on time they moved out old unit into our garage as we were giving it to a friend. They unpacked and set up our new refrigerator. Very efficient and courteous.

Went to pick up and online order of bark mulch. Garden center was very busy, I had no problem getting to the customer service desk, having someone direct me where in the parking lot to go meet them to pickup my order. Was in and out and loaded in less then 10 minutes. They also sent a email with receipt of purchase and pick up. Online ordering the way to go.

The woman at the customer service desk knew exactly where to direct me.. which as awesome help.. and she called in someone to meet me in the isle.. super great service and she was kind, nice, friendly, etc

The men in isle 15 was very informative and helpful when I needed assistance finding s hooks. Honestly as dumb as this may sound I didn't know what it was called and I merely described it without the actual name... but he knew exactly what it was I was looking for! Thanks you

This Lowe's is where I go for Lamps. And other household furniture. And other things. They are more affordable as they have lower prices and sell in bigger sizes. I absolutely love these Lowe's for convenient purchases. And I want all to know I don't say that unless it is true. I'd would make them feel what was wrong if I had bad experiences. All my reviews are true. And if it changes later, I do change it. I had purchased this lamp a while back and I needed another and I could not find it anywhere and forgot where I got it we'll Lowe's showed it had only a few left and it was on clearance so double deal. I got the second one to use on my side tables in the bedroom, and I didnt have any problem; it said it was available, and it was. Thank you. LOWES.

I would like to commend Lowe's shipping department and, in particular, Jennifer Brown. When the product I bought arrived, there was some hidden damage. She went above and beyond expectations to correct the situation. While the manufacturer dragged out the remedy of their responsibility, she kept up the pressure until they finally resolved the issue.

Fantastic, worked with Ryan he was able to find the fridge I wanted even though inventory said it wasn't available. After just moving into a home, having to wait 2 months for a fridge from home depot wasn't in the cards. Luckily I had the option to pick it up same day. All around a fantastic experience
