Great experience. Eric was a great shoe salesperson. He was very helpful in giving great suggestions for shoes. I will be traveling over the next few months and wanted a great comfortable shoe. Great insight into what shoes were for what type of use and much more. Very much appreciated the help without being pushy.

I have done online order pick-up twice at the Bailey’s location and it is flawless! The entire process is a breeze and probably the best I’ve experienced from any business since covid. You receive an email when your order is available to pick-up and check-in using that same email when you arrive. There’s even a place to describe what you’re wearing or where you’ve parked depending on if you’re doing drive-up or in-store pick up. Once you’ve checked in, your order is out fast!

It is also clear as soon as you walk inside that there is a high level of customer service here. I will definitely utilize store pick-up at this location again in the future.

I came into the store looking for the new 2023-24 Tottenham Hotspur kit. I was graciously helped by a couple of employees, but wanted to give a shoutout to Lui from the footwear section for going into the backroom to grab me another kit as the first one had some small pulls on the fabric. Thank you and the rest of the team for being super attentive and helpful during my visit, and also for having my favorite team apparel stocked! Y'all rock!

This was my 3rd location coming to searching for a particular item. I was told by an associate they had in stock here. After traveling I was told they were unable to locate it. Ernie didn’t stop there. He went above and beyond to resolve my situation and also offer what I felt was a blessing to me during this holiday. This is the type of customer service all stores need to have. I truly appreciate Ernie and his team for resolving my issue and finding my last Christmas gift. Way to go Bailey’s Crossroads store. Amazing team work and customer service!!!!

Went to the store to buy a fishing reel was marked at one price to manager said that he would take some money off of it and we got to the register it was even less than what it was what he said

Okay, I wouldn’t normally do this but I walked into Dick’s for the first time (this location) and immediately was greeted by a door man who asked if he could help me find something which yes I needed help, he then told me the general area and where and not only that he got another staff member to help me find it right away so I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. This was awesome service. In a world where I feel i am bothering staff by asking for help if I can even find someone to help me this was refreshing. Also check out was fast and everyone was friendly, in contrast to say target or other stores where the lines to self check out are so long and they barely have any cashier lanes open. I will be back!! Thank you for making my time pleasant and obviously doing something right with your store and employees!

I live in Egg Harbor Twp NJ, not near you. I purchase sporting goods from the branch nearer to me in Hamilton Twp, Atlantic County, NJ. Please, do not email me from stores that are too many miles from my home.

I usually don't write reviews but the store manager was exceptional. I stopped by today due to some issues with my golf clubs (purchased online) and he was extremely helpful and kind! He truly cares about his customer's experience!

great stock of water bottles in all colors and sizes. friendly staff

Super helpful staff but said see after the remodel. The football/ soccer section has been greatly reduced with fan gear. Before the remodel, the pack left corner had a massive amount of soccer/ football fan gear.

Very well organized and clean. The staff is incredibly attentive. The store is temporarily relocated at the back of the Google location (next to the Old Navy).

I am very impressed with the management. I had trouble getting service and walked up front to order something and he asked me if I found everything I needed. When I said I couldn't get served, he not only took care of the order, he gave me a really good discount to say the store takes it's service seriously. I was quite impressed!

Thanks Mr. Corey for being so kind and patient with my kids! They were super happy, we finally bought 3 amazing pairs of shoes. You are an asset to this store, keep up the good work and stay safe!

love this store. it’s always clean and never overcrowded. “Scott” is awesome. i bought some items for my bike and he assembled them for me before i left. even answered all my questions about biking and accessories or whatever else i needed. thanks again dude!

We were looking for Hoka sneakers and the Springfield location only had 1 pair. Here we had a large selection of colors and sizes. We ended up each buying a pair. Our Foot Dr. (Dr. Garrett) highly recommended Hoka for the way they fit and how solid they are especially coming off a broken foot. Plus they are so comfortable. We can plan for when the walking boot comes off in 2 weeks. The service was good, but busy, as there were several customers trying on sneakers (including Hoka's) while we were there. This location stays busy.

I love their service and the staff. The staff is always willing to help find the stuff and I never seem a person with an attitude there. I can't walk much and I know what I need. I let them know my condition they send someone to get my product without hesitation. I love them so I don't even look at the price because walking is torture so to me thats priceless. They are very friendly and accommodating and thats all I look in a store now convenience and the best service. It's not easy walking with spinal cord issues....Thank you and to all the amazing staff and the genius who hire them.

Staff is friendly and asks if you need assistance. Miguel who was in the shoe department has infinite patience for your perfect fit. Prices are high, but the selection is good.

WAY bigger and better stocked than I was expecting, and the employees were really friendly and helpful. Will be back!

The Bailey's Crossroads location is well run and the staff acts like they want your business. Courteous, competent managers and floor staff. They usually have lots of registers open to check you out quickly which is rare in many stores these days.

I had two different people provide generous amounts of time to help me pick up my online order. They approached me when they could tell (despite my mask) that I looked a bit lost. Great experience during difficult times.
