Their custom flavors are fantastic and they're willing to let you sample as many as you want until you find what tastes best to you. Great experience... All I have to say is wow! We went in to Cloudhouse because I have been a regular smoker for 12 years, and I wanted to quit and get my own vape so I can ween off the cigs. We were helped by Joly, who is literally the sweetest human ever! She was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I really felt like she cared about us and our business. She knew answers in DEPTH to all my questions and was super happy to help. I ended up getting the same setup that she has, and it is exactly what I want in a vape. Smooth and quiet. :) she also taught me while she was mixing up 4 of their in-house made vape juices (which are amazing btw!). I can’t recommend this place enough. Support local businesses and go to this place, you won’t regret it!!!

Brought a girl here for her birthday as she wanted to get a new vape, extremely friendly staff beyond any expectations i had for a vape shop. Interior is great looking and they make your juice for you in house while they talk to you, making it feel almost like some sort of cool bar experience. The girl who helped us was super patient and friendly as she helped us with anything we needed

I always love going here! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had to get a new device today and the woman that helped me was so patient. I know very little about devices and batteries even though I have been vaping for a while now. She taught me things that no one else has and I really appreciated it.

I've been going here for almost 2 years and I would never go anywhere else. They have the best variety of flavors and the vape oils have a fresher taste then any other oils I've ever tried. The staff is always awesome and friendly. I've got 3 of my best friends to switch to cloud house and they are happy with them as well!

My experience at the Round Rock location has been nothing short of awesome! Every person that works here is personable, kind, and knowledgeable. One of the employees even bought my book in an effort to support me in my passion which was extremely considerate. Whenever I stop in I feel like I’m just hanging out with friends. I think those are the best kind of employees to have, and this is coming from a manager.

I would absolutely recommend these guys they know exactly what they're talking about. They helped me pick out a new mod and juices based on my needs. They did steer me away from salt nic.... however it was for a good reason. They actually care about their customers and their health. And when we went to check out, they discovered they didn't have the right batteries for my mod. Instead of trying to up sell or give me a mod I didn't want, they offered a solution and checked their 2nd location for the batteries. They set them aside for us so we could just run by and pick them up. They are extremely knowledgeable, offer the best help with a smile and they are my new favorite store.
