7-Eleven

I stop by here when traveling through for work and have noticed much improvement since the new owners took over. fortunately for me I did not have the same experience as the last reviewer last week when I was here so maybe they learned from the negative review or I just went during a different shift?

Great 7 Eleven! Awesome ownership. It's clean and convenient, what else do you want.

There were no hotdogs on the grill. The cashier did not ask if I wanted my gallon of milk in a big so I had yo juggle my items. =/

It's a 7-Eleven but bigger

Bathrooms don’t have soap or hand sanitizer. Asked the cashier to double check the pump number before I paid inside, told me to go outside and look since the pump numbers are listed out there lol. She was too busy on her phone.

The worst 7-Eleven in the Northeast Austin Metro Area. Dirty, filthy, stinky and nasty. If I did not have convenience store management experience I don't think I would care as much. A motto I hated when I was a clerk, "If you have time to lean you have time to clean." I eventually came to embrace the sentiment. The clerk in this store was leaning and on his phone (not hand held, so, it looked like he was just standing. My son and I usually get items from the grill, however the grill at this location was not appetizing at all. Will not be going back. What happened to owners/franchisees that actually cared about the care, maintenance and upkeep of their facilities?

The girl on the cashier, I dont know if she can't speak. Two times come to the store today and she didn't say the total on me check, she point with the finger on the screen show me my total👉

No toilet paper, no SOAP in bathrooms..forget paper towels! Brunette cashier just shrugged when I pointed out bathrooms beeded attention. They prep food here. Gross!

They always claim the lottery machine isn’t working. It is, they just don’t want to deal with it. So much revenue lost lol

Racially profiled and accused of stealing for having on a ski mask on.. As soon as I emptied my pockets to prove her wrong she kicked me out the store!? So not only did you embarrass me in front of a store full of people you refuse to serve me???🤦🏽‍♂

These dirty people come in to country and don’t let you use bathroom. NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. Don’t come here.
