Ashley Store

Wanted to wait until delivery of my furniture to write the review. Yacob was the floor associate who helped me throughout the entire process. He was very professional and answered all of my insane questions and dealt with me very well, considering I can be a handful. The store manager was also cool. He came and talked for a bit as well as answered financing questions. I found what I wanted, and I set up a payment plan. Put $200 down and received both pieces in one week. The delivery guys were on time, really clean, and set up my table in 5 minutes. All in all, I will 100% be back to Ashley's, and I will make sure to come back to this location. Yacob did an amazing job, and I'll hunt him down in there and make sure he helps me again!

My husband and I had the best experience at the Pflugerville location today. Jacob was our very knowledgeable salesman. He was able to find us the right chairs to fit our families needs. As an extra he helped me convince husband to buy a beautiful sectional we did not need, and provided us with a reasonable price!! 😍 He was patient with us as our personalities are sometimes much!! Great Great experience we will most definitely be back, hopefully he will still be there!!

It was a great experience! I found a recliner that I really liked and we bought it. Alvino was an awesome sales associate. He wasn't pushy and was very informative. He gave us a great deal! So glad we looked at Ashley. Can't wait till my recliner comes. I know I will love it.

Came in looking for a new sectional. Jeff greeted me at the door and had exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of the inventory and deals going on currently. I also briefly spoke with the manager Jason, who was also very helpful and kind.
Walked out happy and getting my new sectional in less than a week

Great sales team and they really worked hard to find a sectional that would suit our needs as far as space, taste, and design. I was being a little picky because I know what I like, and I didn’t get all my boxes checked because basically what I was wanting Ashley doesn’t configure that way, but we found a suitable compromise that I feel good about and saved us a ton of money. Very friendly and personable and I’d shop with them again!

Purchased a table set from Steven who made the process super easy and quick! Then the table came almost a week sooner than they promised and I was so happy with the job Javier did delivering and building the table set. My table came 2 days before thanksgiving and I was sooo happy! They have true white glove service, and I was not pushed to look at more expensive sets, which I loved.

Jacob Cajas was a great sales associate. He was efficient and assisted when we had questions. He made the purchase process easy.

Lots of furniture stores to choose from. Ashley's has decent selection and good quality. Alvino was our sales support rep who struck an amazing balance of being available for questions and delivering information we needed without being overbearing and intrusive. Once we made our decisions he executed the checkout process very efficiently. We have a good experience with the sales team every time we come here.

Had an easy, enjoyable experience today thanks to Gabriel Faz and Lisa at the Pflugerville Ashley. They are both extremely knowledgeable about the products and terms of agreements, answered all my questions! Found me the very best deal for financing and even price matched from the corporate store. Been coming to this location since 2016 and will keep coming!

Jeff was friendly and helpful without hovering over us. He answered questions, told us our options and made the breakfast table set purchasing experience easy!

Exceeded expectations! Steve was super responsive by text after we visited the showroom and was able to get our order confirmed and furniture on the way! The delivery process was quick and easy and even sooner than expected!

Amit helped us today. He wasn’t pushy and only showed me items I expressed interest in. His team was friendly and quick. Probably would have left without purchasing acting but felt confident and comfortable with Amit so we left with a bunch of stuff :)

this has been the worst purchase ever, the store will not communicate at all once you purchase you are screwed, i was told a certain set was no longer available and it was, the management team will NOT call you, you would think that Mr. Perez could be the manager that he gets paid to be and call a customer that is not happy? The team that answers the phone are so very rude and put you on hold and never come back. I have always purchased Ashley in SA, Texas but I will NEVER purchase another piece and I will continue to say this to everyone I know.
I am wanting the set that I asked for, the pieces of the other set I settled for were all damaged and this has been a nightmare on getting replacements and the store will not return a call and the manager is a poor excuse of being a manager if he can not call and try to make a customer happy. He has NO business being a manager and control his customer service through his store in Pflugerville, Texas. I highly encourage you not to waste your time with shopping at this location because if you have a problem or concern they DO NOT CARE to help or discuss to have a customer happy. They refer you to a GRT division, they understood and were nice but had not permission to approve a change. Again It is unbelievable that an error was made and I am wanting to purchase even more of a purchase and the manager of the store can not call me to try to resolve this purchase. He gets paid to be the manager but he does not have the backbone to stand up and be the manager.
Not happy on the treatment and I am serious when I say do not buy from this location if you want to be satisfied.

Yesterday was more first time going into an Ashley’s store and Jason, who is a new employee was so nice and down to earth. He greeted my bf and I as soon as we walked in the store. I showed him the table I was long for. He got his Supervisor also named. “Jason” to help us. They both were patient with us and took their time to find items to fit our needs. I definitely Will recommend people shop at Ashley’s Furniture store! Great experience! Jason (employee) deserves a RAISE!
