Kim was incredibly kind and informative. I went into the shop earlier today with my partner and was immediately greeted and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I was a little embarrassed to be there because of social stigma but the environment was welcoming and staff is clearly used to dealing with newcomers. It made me so much comfortable with myself. I hope the owner knows they have great employees!

I visited the other day and felt very welcomed by the staff! Zoe in particular was able to help me out, she was super knowledgeable and was able to give me a lot of good recommendations and advice. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, so i will definitely come back for more! Thanks!

I have made this my go to shop in Austin for a number of reasons. I think they have a really great wide selection of items to chose from. Also the staff is amazing. I have been to both locations multiple times and have never had a bad experience with the staff. More than once they've gone above and beyond to help me. Recently an item I purchased that had a manufacturer's warranty quit working and when I reached out to customer service just to see if they could point me in the right direction they were extremely helpful and generous. I highly recommend going to this shop for all your needs.

Was in here a month ago with a friend and ended up dropping around $300. The two ladies working also have great taste in music. Hearing metal as I walked in was fantastic, A+ taste and service. Keep it up!

They carry the following (I mostly hung out on the left side of the shop so there may be more I just didn't catch)

- Smoking accessories
- Adult toys (his, hers and couples)
- Erotic wear
- Personal lubricant

I think there was a small DVD section? Yay, internet. I wasn't really looking in that area but I can update this review next time I go back.

Other than the purse issue, the two ladies working were extremely knowledgeable in helping us find some great products and even provided suggestions. They really knew their products and explained the perks of one item vs another item.

They have some rare gems I've only ever seen online so it was nice to see these products actually out of the box so you know the dimensions and how they charge/power on. The wonderful lady helping me out even plugged in a couple of products that weren't plugged in so we could see how they powered on.

I highly recommend visiting this place and will be back in the future. If you're looking for a product for yourself or even as a gift, definitely give this place a try first, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just go here first you're likely going to find what you need in half the time you'd spend driving all over Austin.

The only downside, bring your wallet, not the purse. They have a policy where you have to leave your purse at the counter. I get why they ask you to do that, but I know many ladies will be uncomfortable being without their purses.

This is my favorite toy shop in austin! I've been going here since I was 18! Everyone here has always been so friendly and offers help immediately. They have a huge selection of pretty much anything one would look for even outside of adult play time toys.. I've been to many of the other shops in town and can never seem to find what I want. Any time I come here they have exactly what I need and saves me from having to pay and wait on shipping. Prices here are friendly as well and they always have been super curtious in proving a discount to military personnel. They make sure to check everything before you leave to verify it works which is really nice cause one time a different shop didn't and I went home and it didn't work and we all know there is no returning these items. Anytime it's time to go shopping for play time I never hesitate to go here first even if I have to drive a little further. They have never let me down and they are like always open it seems. As of the only bad rating they have about weird charges.. I have litterally never taken any extra precautions for charging I never take extra initiative to run as credit here as I do other places. They do have discretionary billing statement so it doesn't show up as xxx on your bank statement! But I prefer that personally as many other do as well. So keep up the wonderful effort! I guess to the other guy.. its shouldn't be up to any business to fix YOUR banking issues. Definitely give this place a go I would be completely shocked if you had anything but a wonderful experience here.

Staff was friendly and helpful, couldn’t try out the flavored lubes as a sample in a COVID climate but made recommendations my GF loved. Had a nice assortment of vibrators from modestly priced to semi-high end and other toys.

Super friendly and informative staff. They will take the time to show you products even when they're busy. Good selection, clean and good music. Only downside is no cellphone reception, it's hard to show your SO things when they are out of town. I keep having to step outside to send pictures.

Wow. Not what I was expecting. Looks kinda shady outside but it is nice. Well lit and clean inside. Lawler was super helpful and very kind in answering our questions. Will certainly come back again.
