Fantastic atmosphere. Upon entry, there is so much to see. Great seating, and awesome pictures. The coffee is great! A bit stronger than most, (perfect for me) so keep that in mind when ordering. The crepe was pretty good. For those that like them, you will like theirs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and pleasant. Absolutely worth a stop and I will be returning.

Super cute place plus the latte art was perfect! We had the matcha latte and the hot chocolate. Both were great! Hope to try the crepes next time. Wish they had more seating but it already was a smaller space

Update: Love their list of seasonal offerings-- how nice! I tried out the brown sugar latte (iced) and it was tasty. The vanilla cream puffs are still ridiculously amazing- if you haven't tried this spot yet, this is your sign!

Fun atmosphere/decor-- we had an amazing experience! Ordered the strawberry crepe with ice cream, iced matcha tea, an espresso and a strawberry + blueberry Italian soda. Everything was super fresh and tasty and we can't wait to go back. This would be an awesome place to pick up small gift cards for teachers or friends to enjoy a tasty treat!

If you have ever seen the Great British Baking Show, you need to try these Choux au Craquelins! They are so good and such a rare treat. This is a great little family-owned cafe that isn't talked about enough. Highly recommend!

if you’re not going to sweet dude- you’re missing out on an amazing family owned gem of a coffee shop. everyone is so kind and helpful. they make literally the BEST croissants i have EVER had - and i like to think of myself as a croissant connoisseur. everything i have ordered has been amazing.

Nice coffee shop and the crepes were fantastic. I had the strawberry Nutella crepes and it was really good. Very chill vibes and the decors are pretty to look at. Was greeted right the way when I arrived and workers are nice. Nice area to have coffee and a light breakfast.

I had a coffee, a crepe and one of the cream puffs and everything was fresh, hot and really tasty. The staff was very friendly. This is a really cute coffee shop with unique decor and a great atmosphere.

SweetDude makes the best coffee and crepes! Owner gives the best and most personable service while still making all the food and drinks quickly and deliciously! The atmosphere is also very homey and comfortable. Not to mention they have a really nice LaMarzocco espresso machine which makes the best lattes

Love stopping here for coffee and a little treat. Try their choux, it is delicious! But you really can’t go wrong here. It’s all very fresh and tasty!

That pastry was amazing, and a unique offering. I would definitely go back to try some of the other food they have on the menu!

Environment:
No background music so when I walked and there were 2 other people sitting quietly it was somewhat awkward. Once a few more people came in and started chatting, no big deal.

I’m so glad to have a cafe that makes foods with really good ingredients and high quality. Although the menu is limited, but everything here is done to perfect. Puff is crispy and the filling is rich and so full. Croissant and crepes is the best in dsm area. And all the things are not over sweet, just right at the point. Not to mention the reasonable price, the cozy atmosphere, and the friendly owner. My favorite cafe in dsm.

The Thai Iced Coffee is the perfect mixture of coffee and sweetened condensed milk! I pair this with a Choux au Craquelin for the perfect mid-day pick-me-up! My favorite flavor is matcha. They really tone down the sweetness here which I appreciate very much! The owners are very nice people! Nice mom & pop spots like this can have all my money 🤑

Wow! Impressive and delicious! Took two of my teenage grandchildren there for breakfast. They loved it…makes this Grandma happy! The quaint atmosphere is cozy. And an added bonus…they sell FAT CUP COFFEE packaged…a great tasting coffee. Try it, you’ll love it!

I happened to be walking by and thought it looked cute so stopped in. So happy I did! First off, they have Thai Iced Coffee and Thai Iced Tea - both of which I love and theirs is delicious. I also tried the crème choux based on the recommendation of the person at the counter. You get to pick your crème flavor. I, of course, got coffee and it was beyond delicious. I can’t remember the last time I had something that good. I’ll definitely be dreaming about it. And I will 100% be making it a priority to stop back into Sweet Dude often. Highly recommend supporting this local coffee shop and cafe.
