AT&T Store

Excellent AT&T location with all the latest phones to browse and trade in for. Depending on the service you need, it could take a quick minute or an hour. I came in to switch out of Verizon, and Holiday was super helpful and patient with the process. She made it easy for me to walk out with a brand new phone that same day, and I was able to use my new service right away. Really friendly employees who truly value your time.

Bright, big store with nice large windows that face the street outside. Clean interior space with plenty of comfortable seating areas.

Parking is easy, you’ll find parking right outside the store front or just around the same corner.

Very spacious, super friendly and knowledgable staff. Dorian helped me in less than 10min, give him a raise.

I got a prepaid sim card in this location, the service was great. The rep got my device working right away.

However, there was another traveler in the store, her device wasn't working because her phone was not compatible because her device was from another country. I want to give the rep his credit because he spent over a hour trying to help her out. In behalf of that customer I want to thank you for going above and beyond for taking care of your customer even when they're wrong.

Came in looking to add a new line and get a new phone. Manny greeted me within seconds and had me out of there with a brand new s23U in less than 10 mins. Awesome interaction, will definitely be back.

Jessica is amazing! I highly recommed her. I am not tech savvy, still on a prepaid plan, and needed a new phone. I knew which one I wanted and after calling two other ATT stores (closer) and also trying to buy it from ATT online, Jessica was the only person who was able to help me. She transferred all of my content, helped me set up my apps and accounts, and answered my numerous and basic questions. Jessica is patient, kind, extremely knowledgable and competent. After I got home, I had another question, called her and she was helpful then too.

Had a wonderful experience and was helped TREMENDOUSLY by Brittany who was very kind and patient with us. She sorted out all our issues and answered all of our questions. She was able to set us up with a new cable and internet package that will save us money and includes a lot of great features. Keep her around!! :)

Came back to the states and had an 8 hour layover. Phone wasn't working Diana helped out and solved the problem. Gave me a new SIM card and my phone was fix for the 8 hour wait I had. Very helpful. She also answered all my husbands questions.
