Winn-Dixie

I live up near S.R. 52, but when I'm ready for a W/D run, I'll drive down to Holiday to shop at THIS store. The store is *very* clean and well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they have the nicest, FRESHEST produce section I've seen at ANY Winn Dixie - it's obvious that their management team truly cares about their customer's experiences as-well-as the products they sell.

Since Winn Dixie is known as "The Meat People", you'd think every W/D would have fantastic meat, but in my experience, most of them rely more on their reputation than on the quality of their food; that's not true for *THIS* store, though. In this store, I've never had a bad experience with the meat sold. It's always fresh; there's no bad odor or discolored meats when you're walking in that area of the store. I've never opened the package to funky smells or slimy meat, unlike many other stores! Employees are constantly bringing out fresh food and checking dates to ensure that whatever they sell is fresh and ready to use. As an added bonus, they have fantastic sales! For those of us on budgets, you can get huge ribeye or T-bone steaks for a lot less than anywhere else, many times for a little as $5.99 a pound!

If you're looking for a great shopping experience with fast, friendly, and professional employees, and fresh meat, seafood, and produce, I highly recommend this store above ANY other Winn Dixie; you really won't be disappointed.

and sales. The cashiers and people who work there are helpful and pleasant. I would recommend to my family and friends.

It has been a very long time since I last shopped at a Winn-Dixie. At first, I was very apprehensive about shopping there again because my memories of it were not bad, per se, just nothing to get excited about.

However, I must say I am glad that I caved and tried it out. Winn-Dixie has evolved quite a lot over the years and this store was an excellent representation of that fact.

The store is very clean, well-lit, and has an easy-to-navigate layout. They have a great selection and competitive prices against even the master price low-balling, Wal-Mart. They are cheaper than Publix on average as well. I will definitely start shopping here more often!👍👍

This is my go to grocery store! I don't go to any other grocery store in this area, Publix is too expensive, and Aldi is GROSS!(comparatively )Winn-Dixie, however has great produce and meat while it stays at lower pricing! Also, her the points card and app! Your savings with those two things is AWESOME! I will see my total and get a lump in my throat, then I put in my phone# and watch the price DROP! I HAVE SAVED JUST UNDER $200 IN ONE SHOPPING TRIP! POINTS BUILD UP QUICKLY ALSO!! I have gotten things I have really needed in the fridge for free using my points! WTH the app you can pre clip coupons and just scan your phone for instant savings! Winn-Dixie is by far the best grocery store for ANYONE especially with all of this inflation! My Cost of groceries has gone up however with Winn-Dixie's point card it hasn't gone up that much at all compared to other stores!

I’m a busy contractor and I was looking for stuff to make lunch with. There was a guy Kenny in the deli and he came out and helped me find the best deals on everything. Saved me a lot of time. I wish there was more guys like this by the counter.

Clean and orderly store. The staff was friendly. Loved that they had enough registers open I was able to get in and out with ease. The shelves were well stocked so I was able to get everything I needed although I did not need fresh fruits or veggies this trip I did look in that section as it was my first time at this location. They had a great looking selection filled with a fresh variety. I will be back.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. I love having Gluten free items.

This Winn Dixie beats all others in my area. Very clean, neat, and orderly. Friendly employees. They have an amazing hot food bar that is pay-by-the-pound ($7.99 per lb.) with a very large variety of hot foods/meals. You could actually eat a full weeks worth of dinners, right from the hot bar.

I prefer this store over Publix. I pass Publix to shop here.

I'll tell you what...even though it took a while, the people working in the deli were the most welcoming, courteous people i have come in contact with in the service industry, and just plain friendly!! Didn't mind the wait at all! Was nice to see people who actually looked and seemed like they were happy to help you!!

I like the convenience of the store because its across the street from my house. Its always clean and fully stocked as much as it can be. Im upset they discontinued a few of my favorite items but I know its not their fault. The staff is always helpful and nice. Bring back my cranberry ginger ale ☹

Great service!!! Sherri in the deli is an amazing with customer service. She goes above and beyond to insure that the customer gets what they need. This was my first time shopping at this location. I am very happy with this store. It is clean and extremely organized. Thank you all!!!

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful since I've never been there and walked me to mostly every item on my list. Everyone of them took time out to just say hello as I walked past. The store itself was very clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything I will need to make a perfect Easter dinner. I know where I'll be shopping from now on. Thank you to management for taking the time to hire amazing employees.

I like this Winn-Dixie I like it so much I am so thankful that there are good people out there that actually are helpful and kind and professional thank you so much Winn-Dixie for being part of the community and make you feel comfortable. The Winn-Dixie that's at Hudson avenue and US 19 as full of people that aren't helpful kind and say horrible things to you which they did to me and to anybody else who came in the store they shared their ugly feelings about me I don't like that Winn-Dixie I'm so grateful I don't live near it anymore

My granddaughter's absolutely love this place. It was pretty pricey but the things to do were incredible

I especially like "The Buy One Get One Free" and the prices are very reasonable. Although there are some things they do not carry , I find that most of what I need is on their shelf. If there is something that I need and they don't stock all I have to do is mention it to them and the next time I visit the store they have it in stock. Very friendly, courteous and always ask if I need help taking my groceries to the car.
