JOANN Fabric and Crafts

In the past year I have had three pieces framed by Joann Fabric and they’ve turned out so well. Their framers are knowledgeable, helpful, quite frankly just excited about the pieces they are framing. Will definitely continue to have pieces framed here! Also make sure to go while they have a sale or promo for framing, it can be pricey without it.

I love this Joann Fabric location. The employees are really nice. The employees are also very helpful, I took an in person sewing class once there, and it was very useful, plus I was able to learn how to use my 1975 Singer.

Great store. All you ever need for crafts and decor, but they are just too expensive. I only went for their 80% off Christmas and Halloween items.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I needed to get some documents framed, and that department in particular was exceptional. The store is clean, well organized, and a good value for money overall. They have a massive parking lot, so parking won’t be an issue.

Best Joann's. So large and variety. I enjoy my Joann's. But this is a great treat when I visit friends.

Love JoAnns! 1st, there are always discounts, sales, and coupons to use. Their app is very helpful. If you make an account you can almost always have at least one coupon every trip. They're good coupons too! The store is always organized and clean with good prices. I've never had a bad experience with the staff. They always know what they're talking about and are super helpful. Even on the days when the line is long they make sure to keep the registers manned and get everyone through the long quickly. Pictured is fabric quarters and other fabric.

Both cashiers this afternoon were fantastic, I didn’t get their names but they were both young men. We found everything we were looking for and love the selection of Halloween items for sale. Store was clean, lots of employees who were helpful and friendly, products well stocked and prices/sale signs are always easy to see.

I went to Jo-Ann fabrics today. Didn't expect to spend the money but a Husqvarna sewing machine is just too good to turn down. The sales woman was extremely helpful, and even showed me how to use some of the attachments. Can't wait to make a finished project on a new machine.

They weren't overly crowded, no empty shelves, plenty of people at the cutting counter as well as at the registers.

I got a coupon in my email and went looking for three items and came out with all three plus two zippers and four fabric bundles/jellyroll kits and still saved over $50.00.

I was definitely a happy shopper.

Lots of crafting supplies to choose from and knowledgeable staff to help find what you need.

Wow! Just wow! This Joann’s is huge compared to the mentor or middleburg heights stores. I was so impressed and I felt like a little kid on Christmas! They have sooo much more items and you can easily get lost looking at everything! This is forever my new go to store!

My Sister bought flowers at her Joanns in NC and she needed a couple more flowers for a wedding arrangement and asked me to check my local Hudson store and I couldn’t find them and then I asked Employees Jennifer and another young lady and they found the flowers we needed! They went above and beyond! Great Customer Service! So happy!

The 40-60% off Halloween goods makes it affordable. They have a nice selection to choose from.

The customer service in store is excellent. I was having trouble with a gift card and had difficulty contacting the call center, so I came in person to get the issue looked at. Gabby came to help and stayed with me for almost an hour figuring out and fixing the card and was sweet and super pleasant the entire time. She's an absolute star.

I’m new to crafting and sewing and Heidi helped me find everything I need, and answered every question I threw at her, and gave me loads of advice to make sure I’ll succeed. I really felt like everyone here wanted to help and not just hurry through customers (which would be fair, retail is like that!). As someone newer to this hobby I felt welcomed and educated, which I really appreciated.

I love Jo-Ann. There is always a great selection of home decor items in addition to craft and baking supplies. They also offer classes for things like crafting and cake decorating. Prices are a little higher than some other craft stores but it's really nice stuff and the place stays clean and comfortable. The restroom is a trainwreck, though.

Everyone is always super helpful and in good spirits, very sweet. No one ever walks by without offering to help with something. Cashiers always remind me to use my coupons and are patient as I fumble through my texts and emails.

Associates are familiar with service dog etiquette and are very respectful to give me and my dog space. Those who want to greet her have been very polite.

The store is clean and organized, I can always find what I'm looking for easily.

The only problem with this JoAnns is that I ALWAYS impulse buy more than I should!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Somewhat pricey but comprehensive. Pretty much everything you need for sewing, crafts, baking. Great autumn items and .discounts
