Like the store. Produce is always fresh. Excellent seafood and meat. Staff is courteous and helpful. Like their Perks program. Also use their fuel perks program for lower gas prices. Store is always clean. Excellent deli department. Great wine selection as well as beers, liquor, and other adult beverages.

Norton Rd is a great Giant Eagle. Always good product choices, produce is really fresh and good variety. The store is well organized and clean.

This Giant Eagle location appears to be like all of the others however this locations floral and greeting card departments are probably the best compared to other Giant Eagle Stores. I came to this store to specifically purchase flowers as a gift to my mother for her 80th birthday, I was amazed at their large selection, there is no comparison to the Barberton location which is 10 minutes from where I live. There was so many options to choose from, I had to solicit help from another customer to help me decide, I needed the advice from a woman/mom lol, I’m terrible at these things, with her help I opted for the supreme red rose bouquet, I also decided to get a bouquet of peach colored roses as well as a bouquet of Babies Breath flowers, I felt that all 3 bouquets of flowers would pair well with one another to make a beautiful rose display in one of my moms vases. Well my mom absolutely loved them, thanks to this Giant Eagle store with their vast floral department I was able to give my mother a beautiful rose display for her birthday and she loved them. I was able to find the perfect card for the occasion as well. Thank you Giant Eagle, not only do I commend you on your floral department but also your staff is amazing, they were so nice and helpful, I couldn’t have navigated my way through this complicated situation without them lol. If you find yourself in a similar situation as I was or you already know the ins and outs of flowers, this Giant Eagle stores floral department is top notch and in closing the cost of my 3 flower bouquets was very reasonable, I would have expected them to be a lot more expensive then the price I paid. I highly recommend them.

There are a lot of good Giant Eagles in Akron and the surrounding cities. This is the best that I have found. The selection is very good. But more importantly, the customer service is excellent. It has become my new regular grocery store.

I don't really BBQ, but the Ohio people do!! I've heard people rave about the ribs in Texas, also Memphis...but these from Akon, were out of this world. I took a bite in the car. Good thing I had napkins, they were messy. I also got a $5 apple pie. I took it home, put some cool whip on it and I was in heaven.

Great selection of items! I definitely reccomend their Sour Cream and onion chips, they are the best! They also have a huge selection of desserts and cakes.

First time at this location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The crab salad they make is absolutely fantastic!

Curbside shopping is a great option. And Tyler and his staff are so efficient and helpful and courteous.

I attended my friend’s granddaughter’s birthday party and this Barbie cake was so beautiful! Kudos to the baker who gave special attention to detail and made this layered cake a huge hit for Emmie’s 4th birthday. The family was most grateful for the lovely cake and for making Emmie smile!

I always have a great experience at this Giant Eagle! Their bakery is delicious, fresh deli meats, and they always have my sons formula/baby food which is hard nowadays to find! Very grateful to this location for keeping the shelves stocked! :)

I usually come here for their birthday cakes. They’re always really well stocked, creative, and have a good variety of flavors, types, and designs. But other than the cakes, the place is well put together and laid out.

The manager, Phil corrected a bad experience with a very rude employee. We have always shopped there and everyone is always friendly, but our latest visit was not the same so I called the manager, Phil. He was so nice and apologetic and really understood and was very professional and courteous. He corrected our issue and We really appreciate it! Thank you...

I was in another city outside of Cleveland towards Kent and a giant eagle and I got to tell you it's totally different than the Giant Eagle or a legacy in Lyndhurst or the Giant Eagle at Beachwood on Chagrin it was so nice people were nice no woke atmosphere Plus they had inventory so you may have to drive out of your area to find a better grocery store and then again Heinen's is always at the top
