Northeast Factory Direct

Many thanks to Andy Wolfe for working with us on my design and the needs and wants we had for our laundry room. We love our new cabinets! We even had some issues with a few of the items first sent and the NEOFD team was great at remedying the problems.

I was greeted immediately, had my initial questions answered, and had a great selection to shop from. I was then given wonderful help and attention in making my cabinetry and countertop purchase. I was not rushed or pressured in any way. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase. Josh is amazing!

The showroom in Macedonia has great selection of furniture. We were looking for a recliner and they had a lot to pick from. When we needed help the staff knew just when to assist, not to pushy. I would definitely go back when I need more furniture. If I could give them 10 stars I would but they only have 5.

Great experience! Adam was very helpful, gave us lots of options, and did not pressure at all. We were able to purchase a side table with the savings we had on our sofa. We will definitely be back.

My son and I were shopping for recliners. When searching on line we discovered this store. We were greeted upon entering and were happy to seen such a large selection to choose from. We have been to Northeast Factory Direct 2 times. The first time was to order our kitchen cabinets. Our second visit was to order a couch.

The customer service is outstanding- whatever we needed the staff made it happen immediately. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with!

We love our kitchen cabinets and we expect the same when our couch arrives.

I walked into the Macedonia store today and was greeted by Natalie. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and felt very comfortable and purchased a new sofa at a really good price. I would definitely go here again.

Tom at the Macedonia location wasted no time. I shared the items I wanted and he called me back within 5 minutes to let me know he had already reserved them. The purchasing process was quick. From someone who detests shopping for ANYTHING, this was pretty stress free. Thank you!

Experience was great. AJ was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Got a great price on the recliner that we purchased. Pickup was very efficient as well.

Tom was super helpful to us while shopping for a mattress. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to find the perfect mattress.

Enjoyed the shopping experience...they checked on us...but no pressure. We were looking for a lift chair...explained that we had 4 weeks until surgery. They said I would get the floor model if ours didn't come in. They worked with me to allow for me to pick-up on a Monday so we had time to get it set up before surgery. Very happy with our Northeast Factory Direct (Macedonia and Maple HTS).

Dustin was EXCELLENT! He was super informative and patient! He helped with the fabric choice. We ended up buying the fabric he suggested, Their Flexsteel prices are the best you will find! We live in North Ridgeville. Definitely worth the drive

This is the 4th time I have bought furniture from Northeast. The experience was smooth and great. Dustin Lowry from the Macedonia site was the gentleman that assisted us and he was great, let us look alone without being right there constantly and I like that. But when we needed him he was quick!

I made an appointment. They had lots of availability. The person who helped us look at choices was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of choices, answered all my questions. No hard sale tactics, or feeling pushed into something. The prices were comparable to other places I'd looked. Big show room, where you could see all the choices including hardware. Excellent experience!
