Best buy is definitely the best place to buy any electronic you could possibly want to see and try. I has accidentally purchased the wrong size phone case and they refunded me no problem. The lines were short and service was friendly and efficient. I tried out a Nintendo switch and the games were great. I highly recommend this location.

Nice store and nice staff. Just be careful with the specific details you get for your item, though. Make sure the employee is actually well versed in the product. Some may just be going off the box or website, which you can do on you own.

The Best Buy front end staff, mobile staff, and management staff did a beyond wonderful job of trying to help resolve some issues with my Pixel 8 Pro this past week(all 4 of them)....

While, everything we tried including exchanges did not resolve my connection issues with my carrier with that particular device, they were super helpful and understanding during a frustrating time. Ultimately, we returned that device and I had to purchase another, but the stress was alleviated. I cannot thank or praise this consistent team enough.

I had a great experience discussing computer hardware for a system I'm building with my sons. They were extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the differences in products to help me make the best decision. You would think I was talking to someone with the Geek Squad but even the salesman had a deep technical understanding. Very impressed and will be returning.

This is a Black owned cigar shop that sits right next to the gas station. I was able to purchase a few items with no problem. I do believe the owner helped me decide on what I was actually looking for for a friend.

Even with big numbers of last minute holiday shoppers the staff was really helpful....and working very hard to get people checked out!

Best Buy has staying power because they have a nice showroom, a good inventory of products, and the best prices. Solid stores, and I hope they stay around because that’s how I like to shop for appliances and electronics.

I purchased on line for store pick up. I walked in the store and picked up my items. Associate was very prompt and friendly.

Best Buy is doing it right. They have a better selection, pricing, and service plans on home appliances. Plus with all the tech in these things the Geek Squad knows how to take care of your failing control boards. Get that warranty.

My review is for Corey and his helper Laury from Geeksquad. I had my 75” tv wall mounted by them. They’re awesome and Corey really knows his stuff and is a great all around dude. They installed my tv quickly, took care of my personal items (Xbox and brand new media console) and left no mess behind and a very clean looking install. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Total tech support is totally worth it when you have good techs like these guys.
