CVS

So I called this CVS earlier today because I was getting my nails done after work and needed a specific metallic rose gold color to give to my nail lady and my knight in shinning armor answered the phone and literally took ten minutes out of his work day to help me find the exact color I was looking for with the help of another wonderful young lady. He even gave me the brilliant idea to write all the shades down so I could look them up online and find the exact color I was in need of before I came to the store, which I didn't even think of because I'm dense and he's literally a freaking genius! Then, this outstanding gentlemen put all the colors matching my description behind the counter so that I could just come in and grab the one I wanted.
This guy showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. I forgot to ask his name but I called at 10:30a.m on 10/27/17 so CVS you do the math and give this magnificent man a raise for being awesome and putting up with me.

Jennifer the nurse at Minute Clinic was awesome! She took the time to have an honest conversation with me and helped me navigate a tough situation. If you're reading this, thank you and thank you for everything you do for us all!

I came into CVS in Hudson today in order to make a hard copy of a picture I had on my phone of my son and myself when he was 2 years old. Been a while since I used the technology to download a picture and to my good fortune, Coral Marie, was working today and offered to assist me. She took the time to assist me in getting copies of the picture and also helped me create a greeting card for my son's 30th birthday with the picture that I had selected. CoralMarie was so kind and helpful and made what was so important to me important to her. So grateful for the service provided , the courtesy and the kindness.

I went in for a few supplies today, and was greeted by a friendly store associate. He asked if I needed help finding anything, and directed me to what I was looking for. He also found a good alternative product for what I was looking for. Great customer service today, and very nice store.

I'm always in and out. Shelves are stocked and people are friendly. For the Minute Clinic you can check in online, so when you get to the store your wait isn't very long. We get many prescriptions here and never had a problem.

Seems to have trouble doing refills for Freestyle libre sensors. They do not have them in house and it takes 24 hours to have them refilled. They also don’t do auto refills on the sensors so I always have to go up to the store, pick up my other scripts, then tell them to order the sensors. It’s a pain.
