Ordered several books considering I would pay only $8.95 for shipping. I was sent only one book as others became unavailable! I was not even asked if I wanted to continue with only one book. I was charged flat rate of $8.95 shipping for a single book.

They have the most awful customer service. I had a package from them stolen right off my front porch. They wouldn't do anything about it saying that the deliverer said it was delivered.
I had the same thing happen before and the company, I don't remember who it was, offered to resend the merchandise. Daedalus Books just said so what.
