The best run 7/11. Food is fresh, and it's HOT. I hope the owner sees this

I love 7Eleven they should have as many stores as possible all thur out every city in the US. It's the only convenient store that offer reward points for pretty much every purchase u make. U can do one of two things to ensure u get ur points each purchase.......
#1 use the touch screen at checkout (u'll see it there but if not ask the cashier what to do). Then type in ur registered phone#. Done!
Or
#2 have the cashier scan the barcode that's provided in the app. Done!

If I were u I'd try for the barcode in the app. It gives u damn near double the points. I've been told there's no difference but I swear there is.

The older gentleman that worked tonight’s shift 02/25/21 around 10:30-11 PM who helped us with the slurpee lid and rang us up, HE WAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER MET! Thank you for your genuine kindness and thank you for being in costumer service. But for 7/11 please throw away all those lids you have for the slurpees back there Bc there is none that fit on any of the cups. I do not understand why they are there.

I just want to mention a employee named John. I had a issue and the way he handled it when I was upset was very professional. He was super kind, understanding, and patient. Nikia (sorry if misspelled) was also kind and helped with the problem. I hope the manager sees this review because john really deserves a compliment. i wil also be letting the company know. 5 stars just for him :)

Just wanted to show gratitude to the employees, who probably had better places to be, who operated the store during the storm event.

The employees are always so nice! And they stock my fav late-night snacks. My only complaint is that one of the pumps seems to always have trouble processing credit card transactions and makes you go inside to see a cashier.

To the Google User who screamed "avoid this store"....you probably got Laura in trouble for that transaction. Roseann was right. If there is a special going on with any item in a convenient store, there is what you call PLU #'s (which is a 3 digit code for that special) that you have to put in the register in order for it to ring up the right price for the special. Since the items are already on sale you are not allowed to ring up a coupon on top of that. If you have a coupon, then the items have to be rung up full price and is only allowed 1 coupon per item (not transaction). The coupons have to be scanned right after the item they are for is rung up. You can use more than 1 coupon per transaction, but they are to be separated as individually and full price. I'm sure Laura had some explaining to do to management, and if she didn't get fired for it then chances are she got wrote up. On the other hand, Roseann's behavior (from what it sounds like) was down right uncalled for. I could almost guarantee you that she had a few disgruntled customers come in before you who gave her hell (probably over the same thing). In a cashiers defense....I know what it's like to be behind that register. It's not easy!

There is another thing that customers have to realize. Cashiers are not usually allowed to do refunds or voids because it raises concern for theft. It's a long drawn out process from what management/corporate have to do in order to clear either of those to make sure the employee isn't stealing from the store. WE, cashiers, can get fired for refunds and voids. Voids are usually only allowed with gas transactions purchased with debit/credit cards if the customer "changes their mind". It is very irritating and stressful for the cashier when they end up at the end of the shift with a stack of "no-no's", because they could lose their job for mistakes customers make. One last thing....if there is a rude customer who comes in and verbally abuses the employees, employees have the right to "refuse sale". Not saying that's what you did, but is what happens a lot of times. Just to clear this up, you will not see a bunch of signs of what's allowed and what's not allowed hanging around a store. If it does not promote sales, then you're not going to see much of anything else. Pretty much the only thing you will see is the legal age of purchasing tobacco and alcoholic beverages which are usually around the cash register and alcohol areas. If you have a problem with anything else, then I would recommend calling their hotline number and making a complaint. It is not up to the cashiers, assistant managers, or management to put any other signs up. It is a corporate decision that gets passed down to management. Corporate is the only one who has control over it.

As an Assistant Manager - I hope this helps other customers in their decision making next time they enter a convenient store, and help them better understand the environment of the workplace.
