AT&T Store

Ted Ordonez the general manager was incredible...he was professional and well mannered. Ted knew his stuff and took care of my issues promptly. He is a great manager at store location on East Anderson Lane in Austin Texas. I recommend this location .

Definitely would recommend the norwood location. Ted was very helpful in finding which phone and plan is right for us!

Ted, the General Manager, went above and beyond to transfer my old iPhone data to my new iPhone. Can’t thank him enough!! Extremely nice and helpful.

The AT&T associate Raul, was waiting on another customer. Once he was done he got with me right away. Later the store manager Andy came out to assist us with the purchase of my new phone. Both were fantastic gentlemen. They made the whole experience a pure pleasure. Kudos to both of them.

Andy the store manager was very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I was very frustrated coming in from another store that sold me the device but he made the experience less frustrating providing great customer service skills. Highly recommend this store.

Bruce did a Great job handling a very busy
Day on Father's day for my family an several other customers. His patience and tolerance was awesome for us all stress in our phone situations. Individually very professional courteous poised an knowledgeable of the Products procedure as a ATT Representative thank you for service you gave.

I was greeted upon arrival and unfortunately my request was not fulfilled. I will try again or a different location. Employee was courteous, polite, attentive, sensitive, and understanding. I look forward to returning to this location. Service has been pleasant and prompt. I do recommend AT&T. 🙏

I came into this store to upgrade my phone, and Hector went above and beyond! He was extremely helpful, fun to talk to, and truly efficient in managing the store!

Worked with Andy and Raul both great guys was at another store and they gave me the wrong info Andy was very well educated on the products and promotions and helped save me another 250 bucks and was able to get me the best promotions out 10/10 ask for Andy or Raul

I'm sure some you can relate when I say that losing your phone is stressful. So I'm ready to jump through all the hoops necessary to replace it and I'm almost happy that I did because Sam was so incredibly helpful in starting my claim and getting me a replacement phone. She said "you will not leave without a phone today" and she made sure I didn't!! I am connected again and can continue my work while I wait for my replacement. We even got to talking about other products (which is something I hardly do). I'll be back for sure as I know Sam will help me with whatever I need. I am incredibly happy to have a replacement phone but even happier to have met her today as she reduced my stress with her calm demeanor and awesome personality. Thank you!!!!! :)

Bruce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the available options I had to fix my network setting and device and even helped me pick out the best sim card for my needs. Would definitely recommend :)

Bruce had some troubles with the internet (not his fault), but we powered through it! He was very knowledgeable and helped us get hooked up with a great new phone!

Went to the store expecting a long wait for my connectivity issues,and even with three people ahead of me Hector managed to take care of my issue and hooked me up w an upgrade and some free accessories. Come to this store, if you want solid and genuine customer services

I was very pleased with the service provided when I went in to change networks, as well as get a new phone. Andy assisted me and was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He gladly answered all my questions and even helped me understand how to work out my new phone! I will be coming back to this store to receive the best service!
