Friendly store with great service. I needed a last minute poster and banner and they were nice enough to get them done ASAP for me.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend the employees at this location. I have been a customer here for the past 5 years. I am always treated well and they go out of their way to help everyone in a timely professional manner. Max, Chandler, Andrew and Yolanda are master multitaskers. The customer service I have received and witnessed here at this store is superior. I would want these hard working loyal employees working for my business any day of the week! As we enter the most stressful time of the year for shipping packages, let's remember how difficult it is to work in this industry and be patient and show some genuine kindness.😊

This particular store is going out of their way to help any way they can ! All their staff is super friendly and they offer reliable, professional service every time I need them. I can count on them getting my printing jobs done on time every month; also, consistently they provide me with notarizations which I need throughout the year for overseas business. Couple of days ago I had to send out a spare car key. Needed it next day delivered.
Ben took my call in regards to prices and estimated arrival. 10 secs he answered all my questions. Took key in Ben was there again great customer service.
1hr later my wife found key so I called to get key and refund before it went out. Ben was again the person who answered and took care of the situation when I was there.
5 star service.

As a traveling engineer - it is imperative to #1 receive my mail safely 24/7/365, #2 be able to rely on the UPS team forward packets of collected mail weekly or monthly. They are always helpful.

Yolanda was fantastic! I needed expedited shipping services, and was not clear on how to get this done, and she was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure that everything was taking care of!!
