Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Explained to me different ingredients in their wide selection of supplements. I decided to go with their in house nootropic. Will be returning for more supplements, snacks, and I guess they will have smoothies coming soon.

I usually go to One Stop for my shakes and supplements. The shakes at One Stop are super icy compared to the one Tony made me. Much more like a milk shake (which I loved) compared to the One Stop shakes as of late.

Placed an online order for some of their nootropic and a few cases (12 cans ea) of their energy drinks. Very good variety of drinks that I have trouble finding anywhere else.
