The store has literally everything you need from men, women, kids, plus size- m -extra small, shoes, purses, makeup, accessories, scrunchies, swimsuits just everything that you would need for a spare of the moment event or a shopping trip just because. The store is well organized for it to be so big. The lines are long but not too bad.

good place to buy clothes at a good price, friendly and quite tidy shop assistants except for the sales area which in the end is normal...

Great prices on cloths plus if you get the credit card you get more survival deals. There is clothesline for kids, teens, man plus size and women. Lots of cute purses and sunglasses at a good price. Jewelry at a very life price. I like that store very much.

I love Forever21, sad they are no longer in Canada and I need to plan USA trips around a day of shopping to hit one up. Worth it!

The summer clothing selection was like looking through the Instagram fashion pages with no lack of aesthetics. The fall fashion collection came out a lot sooner than regular retail stores witch can be taken either way depending on your situation, I however was looking for a shirt in person and came to see them in mid transition towards dark academia styles throughout most of the store =/ they even have a plus size section but I will say some of the out fits are a lil less than satisfactory based on all the variety smaller sizes have in the store.

Found some cute closed toe heels. Been hard to find in my sz. (6)

As far as Forever 21 goes, this one is the least intrusive one I have ever been to. The music is at a reasonable human decibel and it's never too insanely packed. The space is huge and they basically have everything in stock all the time. Lots of fitting rooms so the wait is never too bad.

Love this location, the best in Austin. Great layout, and much easier to navigate considering it is a Forever 21 and it's near impossible to ever navigate in this store. The few stores to have a kid section with excellent finds for the little ones. There is always a great variety of items here with a great price point. The guys section is large as well. There is a giant accessories section that is nicely organized. Fitting room is giant so you don't have to wait too long in the lines. The cashier line can get long on the weekends though, typically moves quickly though.

Giselle attended me at the register today., and let me just say, she gave phenomenal customer service. She was attentive, and efficient. She build rapport with me even though it was pretty busy. These are the kind of people that should be at the front line taking care of customers. Thank you Giselle.

My 4 granddaughters' fave. Great selection, pleasant associates, and as the guy that pays the bill, Not Bad At All. Very reasonable pricing so I don't mind. Really good store. If you have daughters or granddaughters of that age, I recommend.

Wonderful! Just need more size 8.5 sandals and a bench to try them on without having to go to the fitting room.

This store is huge, but somehow on weekends there's always a huge line for the dressing room. Make sure you come with plenty of time to walk the store, get from one side to the other to get to the dressing room, and to wait in line.

One of my favorite stores of all times very affordable and they have clothes for every ocasión.
