AT&T Store

I came in here one day just to be curious to see what kinds of phones they had. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Ari! I told him I was considering getting a new phone at some point, but I don’t know which one yet. Ari was more than happy to explain the differences to me about the IPhone, the Android and even the Google Pixel with the A.I. He was very friendly, easy going and seems to have a lot of knowledge about what’s in the store as a whole. Seeing him interact with other customers, he definitely seems to not only help them to their assistance, but to treat them like family. It’s not everyday I see that kind of going the extra mile of hospitality. So if you stop by here, look for Ari! He is the MAN. Oh and, please give him a raise!

This location is the best! The manager Ana is such a wonderful person in general. She is warm, welcoming , friendly and personable. I ended up buying watches as well because she saved me money on my bill . Thank you soooo much. I will only come to this location going forward . Give Ana a raise ! She is a big asset to company

I was in the store to buy my device today and my experience with Ana the manager was amazing. My mom actually worked with her a year ago and she said her experience was wonderful. So I gave it a shot . And I am sooo happy I did. Even the customers in the store was impressed how kind and thorough she was multitasking . Thank you so much Ana

Ana was great!! By far the greatest I've ever experienced in the history of being a mobie phone user. That's honest! She made the process that I was dreading and not so optimistic about seamless and stress free. Thanks Ana she deserves her crown 👑 🙏🏽

AT&T Downtown Decatur is truly the best store. Led by Anna, the store is welcoming, everyone is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Anna is exceptional and was instrumental in a successful upgrade and new phone while saving money on my plan. Overall, great experience and would HIGHLY recommend visiting this location!

I’m happy I came to this store to get my new phone. The manager Ana is amazing and an asset to the company. They gave me two options , one came with accessories and the full experience , and one was to order the phone ship it to my home . Shipping it was cheaper but I am not good at putting them screens on my phone , don’t wanna wait and drop my phone outside before my case came in from online, and I need help transferring data on my phone. So I went with the full experience. You pay for what you get. I got a free iPhone 15 with trading in my iPhone 12 , I paid 150 upfront and I left with all my data on my phone transferred and a 16ft drop protection case and a screen protector I can replace at any att store if it cracks. If you ask me that 150 was worth it. Thank you Ana . See you in 18 months when I’m ready to upgrade .

All the employees in this store is amazing, they are very open and honest about your purchasing choices. They don’t force you to do anything they allow u to choose on your own . I had the best experience with them . Thank you so much to Ana and her kind , and professional staff. I will never go to another ATT store :)

Came here with a list of things I needed, from transferring lines to personal account as well as buying a new phone. Ana took care of everything and was patient and kind throughout the process. I’ve been coming here for over a year and Ana has always been helpful. Thank you!

Great experience here with Ana when we needed to upgrade our phones. She was transparent about the costs and supported us through the entire transition. She and Julian were so friendly and provided excellent customer service.

I've been coming to this location in downtown Decatur for more than a year. The customer service representative at this location, has always been professional, very knowledgeable, and just have a wonderful and pleasing personality. I will continue to visit this location, just because of the wonderful and warm hospitality

Arri and the whole staff were so helpful today. My phone was fried but they worked through every solution possible to get us the best options. Truly appreciate them!

However, I am still having trouble with my devices reception, and the loading of my location's in google maps etc. very slow in speed for now having 50 gigabytes.

Austin was AWESOME!!! Incredibly knowledgeable, fantastic, patient teacher and gentle soul.

Thanks to Austin in the Decatur store I am now much more knowledgeable about my phone and things to do to keep it safe from viruses and such. He also showed me all sorts of things that my new cellphone can do which could make it easier for me to use my phone. And he took the time, even staying past his shift, to let me try out these functions so he could put in place those which worked best for me.

I'm a quadriplegic and Austin quickly, easily and on his own, noticed things I needed done differently and changed how he was doing things - like noticing I was having difficulty reaching my phone when placed on the table and asking if it was ok if he put it right into my hands every time he handed it back to me.

And Austin was easy and fun to chat with while we worked on my phone. Who ever felt like they were hanging out chatting over beers while at the AT&T store!? I have!

Ari was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting my family and myself the BEST deal!

Anna the Manager in Decatur helped me and my husband with a difficult situation that other locations was unable to handle. We kept getting the run around a with customer service, as well. However, Anna the Manager we appreciate her so much for outstanding customer service and solving the issue.

Anna (& Jeremy) should be promoted to district manager. She saved my day. After waiting for nearly a month for an AT&T order that kept changing delivery dates; BUT THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING TO ME. Anna fixed it. She canceled the none responsive order and gave me great service. I was in and out of the store in 30-minutes.

The AT&T APP is USELESS!!!

I will do all of my future business, in person.
