Adrian was amazing. Can’t say enough about his knowledge, patience and kindness. He went out of his way for me. Truly a wonderful young man.

Everything went very well. Representative was kind and courteous. He knew what he was doing he took care of my issue very quickly. Everything was perfect.

Customer service was great there was a very rude customer in the store swearing at the workers as well and they handled it great. Attached is a picture of the rude customer.

We went to the Oak Park Heights, MN Location just to move our phone numbers to a new billing. The gentleman there named Clark was, by far, the best customer care agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! Not only was his knowledge of product lines extensive, but he was courteous, professional, down to earth and a good sense of humor to boot! It was our true pleasure having him take care of us. Honestly, I would ask for him specifically for any of my future visits. Great work!

She is the kindest, most patient, informative, and knowledgeable person that l have had the pleasure to meet in any service oriented setting. The employee who helped me, Sophia, was very kind! She was thorough in explanations when needed and she even went the extra step and helped me sign up for my phone notification online. She was also not afraid to ask her coworker for help which was greatly appreciated on my end!

Went to the Oak Park Heights AT&T store to buy a new phone. They had an offer of a free phone. Ali explained all about the phones & I decided to upgrade to the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. Ali took care of all my questions & transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. She also helped customers as they came into the store on a Sunday morning. Left one satisfied customer. Thank you Ali. Love my new phone.

Overall great customer service! Easily the best customer service (knowledgable, friendly, quick) that I have had at an AT&T store. Corban was great, not only does he know AT&T products and pricing, but he is familiar with iPhone software and technology too! I learned a lot from him about the usability of my new iPhone!

I went in looking to get Directv Now and was helped by Sophia and Donald. I’ve visited the store a few times now and the entire staff is lovely and very helpful! I’m not tech-savvy at all and they do a great job answering all of my questions. If I need an upgrade or have any more questions I will definitely be going to the Oak Park Heights location again for help. ☺

April was incredibly helpful and patient and knew how find solutions for the problems we were running into. It was a MUCH better experience than I have ever had at the Woodbury store... where the customer appears to be the last priority of the staff. Working with April at the Stillwater location was the best experience I have had working with AT&T.

It was a pleasant experience, short wait time, courteous and friendly, they had the item in stock and as it stated on the website, only one in stock so nice to see that was accurate, all transactions went smoothly and a deal was had on accessories.
