the Macy's store in downtown Brooklyn and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the jewelry staff. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.

Not only was the jewelry staff top-notch, but the store's cleanliness was spotless. I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized everything was. Additionally, the calming scent that permeated the air added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The quality of service provided by the jewelry staff truly stood out to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make an informed decision. They were patient, understanding, and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase

I went into the Fulton St. Macy’s and realized I had not been in there since they remodeled. When I was a kid that building was Abraham & Strauss (A&S), and that was where my mother and aunt took me school shopping for back to school clothes. It was also where we got electronics, records, toys, and more. Talk about your one stop shopping department store!. When the switch was made to Macy’s, I was disappointed in the quality of the space for a very long time. It felt like an afterthought, with the care inside being way less than stellar. I wondered how long it would take before the store finally closed down. The only thing that ever kept me going in there was the watch repair station they had where you had to walk up a small flight of stairs to get to, and since it was located at the front of the store, there was no reason for me to explore. Imagine my surprise this past holiday season when i walked in looking for the staircase only to find that the whole place had been redone. Decided to take a walk through the place (and down memory lane regarding where things “used to be”)! The place is beautiful, cared for, and really nice to be in. The gentleman who helped me and my partner with our watches was amazing, and perhaps a bit of an old school Brooklynite as well, which felt good. It is nice to see that in the face of all the new generic businesses that have popped up, the folks at Macy’s decided to flex with that location rather than shut it down. I highly recommend folks check out the Macy’s on Fulton Street in the BK. The space is incredible, the staff is made up of the kindest local folks, and I hope the current energy there lasts a long, long time.

The store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant shopping destination overall.

Who knew Macy's had so much furniture and home goods? Most people, it seems, besides me. Here it's down at the basement level. Colognes, perfumes, jewelry, etc. is on the first floor. Men's wear and men's shoes are on the second Floor. Ladies wear is on three, and children's is on 4. This store is in Brooklyn, on Fulton Street, and a very short walk from the 5 Train stop at Burroughs Hall. The 2 & 3 Trains are even closer, but take the Hoyt Street stop, not Fulton. (That Fulton street stop is still Manhattan) But the Hoyt Street stop in Brooklyn lets you off just a 1 minute walk away. The A & C trains, and the F & G trains are all less than 5 minute walk from either Jay Street Metrotech stop, or Hoyt Street. Great store. Great location. Super smart, super hot sales staff selling cologne and perfume. And I've never smelled better. ;)~

Macy's, I feel, is my husband FAVORITE store beside the foot locker stores. So he says, "Let's go to Macy's. I just want to check something out as we get in. He pulls out his phone, goes to the clerk, and asks, Where do you have this particular jacket. So now there is another jacket in the house. Other than that, Macy's store have friendly and willing to help you workers it's clean and when we were in the men section nothing was on the floor everything was neatly hung up or folded on the shelves.

I went to this Macy’s downtown Brooklyn to pamper myself. I didn’t even have to ask for help. The sales associate was so helpful. I end up spending more than I wanted to. The store was well organized and clean. The customer service was great. I recommend this Macy’s to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience,because there was a sgin in the wrong place given a discount and the manager removed the sgin but still gave me the discount. The cashier also was very nice. I love the downtown Macy's .I am a forever customer.

My favorite Macy's store in the United States is in Heard Square. The Macy's Art in Bloom is super uplifting and the selection of clothing here is awesome!

I actually went in to use the bathroom that day. Conveniently located in the basement. There was no phone service, though, in the bathroom area.
Another day, I had made an online purchase. There is a very convenient pick up counter for orders made online. It saves on shipping! If you can make it there, of course.
The staff at the store is extremely helpful and nice, without being overbearing. Just right!
Whether it's this branch of Macy's or another, or online, you can always expect good service.
The products can be pricey, but they have good sales and online discounts. The quality of the products is very good to excellent. I recently bought a sleep mask online. I got a nice discount, plus it was a sale item. It's silk and washable. I have bought bras there over the years, and they always have the best brands and great selection of styles, sizes and colors. Plus great sales!
