My experience today while shopping and at checkout was excellent.The Team-member that assisted me was patient, professional and helpful.

Extraordinary help by Momo, went an extra mile to print my photo as i needed em urgent for passport appointment tomorrow morning and she restarted the machine and also time was over but still helped me out. We need more people like that . U r a life saver thanks

Most times I don’t have problems here unless they’re out of stock on an item I need. They’re way quicker than Atlantic terminal CVS when it comes to picking up medicine.

I want to say thank you to the Pharmacy And Staff member Julia for assisting me over the phone with my A problem . My mother needed her Diabetes medication and couldn't afford to pay her copay. I called the pharmacy to see if i could Pay for the medication since i live upstate and my mother reside in Brooklyn . The pharmacy Staff person Julia was a great help and was very informative. She told me to download the CVS app and i can pay for my mother medication.
in a situation such as mine and being in a Pandemic where families are force to quarantine and be away from there loved one. It great to know your company and staff can help families like mine in this situation

Not the cleanest store and the wait for the pharmacy at rush hour can be a bit brutal but you can tell the store is doing what they can in a high volume location. And the folks behind the counter at the pharmacy are true gems. Just tonight, Tamanna helped me find the right OTC medicine for my dog. It came in 10mg and I only needed 5 so she had me bring it back to the pharmacy where she used a pill cutter and popped them into a new container for me.

They're always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist has really gone the extra mile for me a couple times.

Staff is helpful and self-checkout is available, however prices are marked up compared to Rite Aid, Duane Reade etc.
