As a professional heavy duty diesel mechanic I love this place. Honestly harbor freight has a bad wrap. Some of their tools are not great but for the most part the tools I bought from here when I started wrenching are still I'm my toolbox today making me money. If you're a home gamer tools bought from here will likely last a life time

Great value. Workers were very helpful. Paid half of what I would have paid for a torx bit set at Home Depot or Amazon. Very satisfied.

I could not believe everything I had in my cart shopping online they had in the store. Also was looking for a set of triple square bits. I could not find them anywhere in the store. An employee offered to help me. He ended up going to the back and finding exactly what I was looking for. How often does that happen anymore. Someone actually checks the back and finds what you need. Great employees, great store and great prices.

A new Harbor Freight in Lehi and it still has that newly remodeled edifice smell. Has everything you've come to know and love about the place. Tools and more of good quality. Especially great when I break a tool or need a strange tool immediately for a one-time use.

Customer service is always great at this store. At my visit today, they were dealing with technical difficulties and could only have one register open. The gentleman running the register was really kind and thank everyone for their patience. Always impressed by the employees at this store.

It's a great place to buy batteries. I bought a pack of 24 AA batteries for $2.70 plus tax.

Great location. Staff helpfulness varies, but overall I've had a positive experience. They have budget tools, but doesn't mean they are cheap in performance and it doesn't mean they won't last. Some tools here are single use or just shouldn't be sold no doubt, but others are made on par with much more expensive brands.

I called this store from Salt Lake looking for a generator in the aftermath of the big storm. Our power had been out for a day and a half already. Unfortunately they were out. However, about 15 minutes later Jared called back to tell me there was a return, an unopened box. I had not left my name nor phone number. He took the initiative to look at caller ID and call. I was thrilled, that is good customer service!

Great Harbor Freight location. Conveniently near freeway and dining. Store is always clean and well stocked. Checkout is always fast. Staff are friendly and courteous. Parking is limited, but never had a problem.

Super helpful staff. I've got awful social anxiety and generally detest going into stores physically, and so will opt to get stuff online, but I waaaaaaaaaaaay prefer US General Storage to Mac Tools, Snap-On, Cornwell, Matco, etc, so when I saw a folding table for the five-drawer mechanic's cart on clearance for $14.99 in the color I wanted only available in-person, I bit the bullet and came in. After working up the initial nerve to talk to a person (the horror!) all of the employees were super polite and helpful and even assisted in getting me further discounts I hadn't noted were available online, reducing my (already-low) expected cost by about 1/3. Full five stars, American Fork Harbor Freight!

The current staff at the Lehi Harbor Freight has me returning to shop again, and again. They are friendly, and actually helpful. I especially appreciate that they assist those with memberships in finding relevant coupons and other discounts for the many items HF often has on sale. They are essentially the only store in the entire area that does this. Even though it is a smaller store, the staff keeps making it worth a return trip.

Love this place! Great people and stocked with what I need.
