Tiffanie was very pleasant and professional. She knew the product line very well. She answered my questions and I didn’t get the high pressure sales vibe at all. I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I need furniture.

I have enjoyed working with Furniture Fair in my newly renovated condo; dining space, bar stools and occasional chairs. I’ve worked with Adam, Devin, Mindy and Tiffanie for different items. Each of them helped me with my choices and selections. If there was the slightest issue, or any questions it was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I had been looking for a new dining room table and chairs and thought I would look at my local Furniture Fair to see what they had in stock. I was met at he door by Tiffanie. I told her what I was for and she guided me to the right place. I fell in love with the first table and chairs I came to. Of course it was way more than I wanted to spend but the look and craftsmanship of the product was absolutely beautiful. Tiffanie did an excellent job of selling the product. I spent a little time drooling over the beautiful merchandise. I told Tiffanie I would think about it and let her know. Well I did and contacted Tiffanie via email that I had made up my mind and went back to the store a few days later and closed the deal. I was glad I stopped at my local Furniture Fair store in Cold Spring Ky. The store was beautiful and HUGE. OMG, it was much bigger than I thought. I felt if you couldn’t find what you were looking for you didn’t need it. GREAT EXPERIENCE. And of course Tiffanie was great. No pressure, just a good salesperson. Tiffanie you rock.

What a beautiful store! Devin assisted us with the purchase of a mattress. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He took his time to demonstrate the mattress features and was not pushy at all!

Jeremy was very personable and kind. He helped me find a new sofa & made sure that all of my thoughts were taken into consideration.

Travis was very accommodating with helping us get a new dinette. Was able to purchase on a Thursday and get delivered on Friday morning. The delivery team was excellent, taking great care firing setup and made sure leaf’s work as designed. Couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new dining set.

Jeremy Broyles at Eastgate FF was fantastic. I really didn't know what kind of recliner I wanted but he listened to what I wanted and what would fit my living room and fit me with the perfect recliner. I also bought a side table and lamp that will terrific in my room. He was not pushy and was a pleasure to work with.

Frank was the sales person who helped me in my purchase. He was very helpful.showed me all kinds of pieces I was looking for. Very knowledgeable of all the pieces we looked at. Very pleased with what I bought, as well as the sales person. I have told several of my family members about my experience. Thank you Frank.

Everything is great. We love the fabric on the bench and chairs. It matches really well in the kitchen. The chair matches all of our furniture.

Tiffani helped me preshop for a lift recliner and love seat for our 86 year old mom. We made an appointment for the next day and it helped so much!! Thanks!

Large selection to choose from. Our sales rep Travis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to find the item that was right for us. The store has what you are looking for and any assistance you might needed to make it yours.

The showroom was beautiful and well stocked. We found everything we wanted and more. Ashley was a big help and very patient with us.

There was a good selection of recliner sofas in the store and Mylinda was very effective in helping us choose one to buy.

No pressure, allowed us to look and decide for ourselves. Always there to answer questions while looking, very helpful!! Purchased dining room table and chairs Thursday, delivered Friday! Good price, good service. Great place!!
