Northern Kentucky University Bookstore

I just wanted to give the five stairs to whoever helped me the other day. I’d like to add that whoever helped me WAS NOT in the top bookstore area, but below where all of the guys are. THEY are the helpful ones. I made sure to get their direct number as well. The ones below the bookstore. The people who work at the actual bookstore above never know what they’re even talking about and always send me over to the guys below anyway. Most of the actual bookstore employees just sound completely incompetent if I’m being honest. The FIVE STARS goes to the gentleman below the bookstore that rushed my package to me because we live in Washington State due to my husband being military. YOU SIR, are the real MVP! I wish I would’ve caught your name. Just know I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to help me!

I worked here for about a month. The bookstore is great. And what Teresa didn't say in her review "No refunds on textbooks even if you have not unpackaged" is that we tell you when you purchase the books that after a certain date we will not refund or allow returns. If she would have come within the time we told her, we would have gladly allowed her to return and refund her books.

Excellent University! Lots of options, lots of resources and help, plenty of people here that want to help you be successful and learn. Very clean. Very diverse. Community feeling of unity!

Was able to return a textbook my daughter bought earlier for one of her classes with no issues and a full refund. We had to return it by today and the employee at the counter was very nice and considerate.

Was time to buy graduation supplies. Bittersweet time. Seems just yesterday she was in kindergarten, next month graduating college. The bookstore sold us her cap/gown, announcements, t-shirts...all in one stop!

There is a great young man there by the name of Wayne. Very helpful, smart, well spoken, handsome, easy to talk to. I think I've put down everything he told me to type. :-)!!! signed His Dad.

Used to work there, Elaine remembers me everytime we see each other and we hold a conversation. She really took care of me and helps when needed. Its really nice to walk in and see a friendly face.

The young men and women working the NKU Bookstore are friendly, polite, and more than effective when it comes to assisting customers!

NKU Bookstore.... when I was there the girls working there were great and very helpful.

NKU is a wonderful and well worth college and campus.
