My construction business is located in Upper St. Clair, and I frequent the Bethel Park - Home Depot for many project needs.
Angel in Customer Service & Returns has been phenomenal to work with for all returns/questions.
I recently made a large return on 02/04/2024 - and she was patient, thorough, and personable throughout the process.

I go there to take a ballet class. Just started and I love it. The historical building is beautiful. First time I've been in it just started the class but the building is awesome! I can't wait to see it in the daytime and explore all it's beauty with all the historical values in it. But I can tell you what their night time ballet classes and they're different. Movement classes is just awesome and their adult classes are very reasonably priced and definitely well worth it

I mistakenly double ordered a product. The return was extremely easy.
I would do business with Home Depot again.

A big home improvement store that has everything you need to make your house a home! There is furniture and decor that can be ordered online that is not displayed in the store!

The Bethel Park location is a small Home Depot. Because of that they are limited in the selection of items in each department. However, they have many departments so they usually have what I need. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

We recently had a water leak in our bathroom. This Home Depot staff was incredibly helpful with getting all the materials I needed to fix the wall where the plumbing took place. Staff took time to cut down the drywall, as well as locating the items needed, including ceramic tile, which many places don't carry anymore. Thank you to your amazing staff helping me get in and out with less than 45 minutes compared to the two other stores I went to. I can't thank you enough.

The Home Depot here is very well-stocked and staffed, based upon my visit 2 weeks ago. I picked up some paving sand. The cashier was very proper and respectful. It was a delight to do business.

This store is always neat and clean. Always able to get help when i have questions. Curbside pick up is nice for easy pick ups on the way home. Even buying online and picking up in store saves time. Even have vehicles that you can rent to take larger products home if you do not have an appropriate vehicle.

I had a 5 star plus CustomerExperience at the Bethel store today. Tall and lanky Bill in the lawn and garden dept spent an hour troubleshooting an issue with my grass and weed trimmer. He was able to solve the issue much to my satisfaction with his patience, persistence and expertise.

Couldn't find two of these joints at Lowes. Albeit smaller HD compared to others, it has all the handy bits

We purchased a Frigidaire 8/28/22 by Judy Keller , appliance specialist, she was helpful, informative, and very patient with all my questions, the appliance arrived on said due date of Sept 16 by two very professional, respectful, efficient delivery person. I'm very please with Home Depot and wanted to share my positive feedback , I highly recommend them.

I had to exchange a small freezer at Bethel Home Depot upon entering the store a exceptional employee came right to me to make the exchange. This employee was the way I think everyone coming in the store should be treated. Very happy with my experience ☺

I had to return all the merchandise I had bought the previous day. They were very helpful. Usually I need help in finding what I need in a hardware type store. I ended up buying more on my 2nd. Trip. I liked that there was plenty of floor help. At this store.

It's a Home Depot!.. been going to this one since I moved to the area a few years ago. I have had estimates done for home repairs a few times and buy my supplies for my own projects from here. The staff is friendly and they usually have what I am looking for.

I had gone to other store to solve an issue under my kitchen sinks. Didn't find any useful help. On the entrance , Tom asked if we needed help. He listened and gave us best options. We bought what he told and it fixed my problem.
We need more people like Tom who genuinely want to help other. Give him a raise Home depot.

I love to Come here for all of my outdoor gardening and lawn needs! They have a great selection of plants both outdoor and indoor. They have a whole section dedicated just for the succulents which are also very healthy and vibrant looking. You can get anything you need for a home project from paint and tools to getting you’re key copied they can serve lots of needs. Electrical and plumbing bathroom and kitchen and front doors they cover all areas!

The store is a little compact but this store goes above and beyond for its customers and still manages to carry just as much inventory as the bigger Home Depot’s. The staff here are what make this Home Depot the best in the Pittsburgh metro. And trust me I make almost 6 Home Depot trips a day as a general contractor.
