Video Only Bellevue

I've been buying my AV stuff from Video Only since 1997. Almost every TV has come from them as they carry good products and have great pricing. For 90% of home entertainment needs these guys can set you up.
Just bought an 85" TV priced better than Costco.

I was really pleasantly surprised all around by my experience here. I was all ready to buy a TV on Amazon but a friend insisted I check Video Only first. I went in steeling myself for a used-car salesman experience, but the salesperson who helped us was extremely helpful and didn't rush us or push at all. We ended up getting a better model in a larger size for the same price as the one we had been thinking of buying on Amazon. Plus, they took our old TV and threw in a three-year warranty which you know Amazon would be trying to up-sell you to at checkout. I will definitely return here if and when I need another TV.

Video only has been around for a long time. Their store doesn't look as fancy as Best Buy but that's not what they are about. They are about service and providing a good price on product. Talk to Jeff when you are there and he'll make sure you are taken care of and you got a fair price. I've bought many things from them in the past and I've always been happy.

Great experience purchasing a new TV. I worked with Anthony and could not be happier. He was very personable and knowledgeable with helping me decide on a new TV. I spent countless hours researching on my own and going forward I will absolutely save my own time and energy, and just reconnect with Anthony at Video Only for future products!

We had a great experience at Video Only. Our sales guy was not pushy, but really informative. We told him the space and budget we had to work with and he gave us some options to look over and gave us space. The prices are the lowest out there. I did a lot of research and even given Black Friday pricing, Video Only was the best deal overall. Will purchase from there again.

My experience at Only Video was amazing! I came in wanting to get some in-person research done for buying my TV, but interacting with the store manager, Sam, made my decision so much easier. Since they just started selling the new model of the LG OLED C1s, so there were some great deals on the previous model. I came in wanting a 55' TV, but came back the next day leaving with a 65' bundled with an LG sound bar. I used the previous night to double check Sam's sales pitch, and everything he said checked out.

Besides the good deal on a TV/sound bar bundle, I felt like the customer support at Video Only went above and beyond. Since the sound bar didn't come with an HDMI cable, Sam went ahead and gave me a complimentary one for the purchase. Additionally, when I told him what type of car I was trying to bring my new purchase in, he told me it probably wouldn't fit (and after seeing the box, it definitely would not have). Since I live relatively close by, he offered to personally deliver my TV and help me bring it in/set it up since I was by myself and it was definitely a two person job.

I would definitely come back to this store for future. There is such a wide selection of TVs on display, which makes it easy to decide what kind of TV you want (in comparison to online shopping, where you just look at specs). In addition, the customer support here is awesome! Sam was super helpful and informative. I felt like he really valued customer satisfaction and did everything he could to make my TV purchasing experience very positive.

Absolutely love these guys. They’re always looking out for the customer. The total opposite of a big corporation experience.

Wow, a terrific experience in all areas! The low price for high quality Dimension standing real 3-ways with powered sub. The price prompted me to phone back and verify I was getting a pair, not just one. Yes, got a Pair! Great price! The staff were experienced and genuinely friendly. I bought the 65 inch OLED LG TV and their price was unbeatable. It was 300$ less than Best Buy and other online stores without any negotiation. Whole process of buying TV took less than 10 minutes, fastest ever. Jessica helped me out and she was fun to work with.

After bringing the TV home I noticed a whining noise from back of the TV, called Video only and they got the TV exchanged the very next day.

Overall one of the best experience and highly recommended. If you don't check here, you will be sorry 😂

I recently stopped by and picked up an LG OLED C2 83". Jeff was awesome to work with and helped ensure a good deal and a positive purchase experience. Recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a TV. They tend to be forgotten over the big box stores... I sure have. Last purchase I've had through them was a 27" Sony Trinitron. Now that dates me!

This place is the most helpful for electronics, TVs in particular that I have ever visited. Sam, Jennifer(?) and the staff there will help you to get the right model of TV, with the features that are important to you, and they explain the features of the lesser or better model TVs.

I shop here exclusively and have for the past 20 years!

These guys always do the best job of taking care of their customers. I exclusively buy TVs from Video Only the last 10+ years because they just make sense. Their pricing is fair, they stand behind their products, and they'll work with you to get the sale in a non-high pressure fashion. Most importantly, for me atleast, they tell you the truth-- not try to sell you something you don't need or want see the benefits of. I'm a customer for life and have referred countless people here for the same experience. All the shops are good but Bellevue is my go-to.

Shout out to Chris Olson, Sales Manager. I went to browse thinking I'd buy a demo unit elsewhere. Chris engaged me in conversation, discovered that I'm a knowledgeable enthusiast and left me alone with the remotes. I adjusted two 77" sets to "the same settings" (close) and took all the time I needed to determine my preference - then Chris made it impossible to not purchase a new set at the store. I felt respected and I felt like an informed consumer (nice when you're a retired old codger). Coupled with zero interest financing and free basic delivery it was game over. The delivery was scheduled as expected, the crew went a bit above and beyond, and I was totally satisfied. We hadn't shopped at VO since the late 90's when we bought our first "big" (and I do mean big) rear projection TV and a Tivo box (remember Tivo?). Changes (if any) since then were for the better. I can only speak to my experience at the Bellevue store but WAYTAGO! You ROCK!

We had the BEST experience buying our new TV today. Duane was very knowledgeable and made the purchase fun. I highly recommend Video Only, especially Duane at the Bellevue location. Duane has worked for the company for 25 years, which in itself speaks volumes for the company. Support a local company who provides knowledgeable sales staff with competitive prices (if not better)........you will not be disappointed.

Duane here was excellent! He's very knowledgeable, and more excited about TVs and audio equipment than anyone I've met. I had a wonderful experience with no sales pressure, and had all my questions answered expertly (and I'm more than a layman with electronics), at a high level of service. Came out of there with a great TV set at a great price.

Can’t say how happy I was with the selection and service at my hometown Video Only. I needed a reference monitor for my DJ stage show and I thought the best choice for me was an OLED. Turns out Dave W. asked me all the right questions to turn me on to the 2022 matte finish “Frame” from Samsung. I was looking for saturated blacks and true vibrant color. The matte finish of the “Frame” promises to give me just that, without any glare. It diffuses ambient lighting which is perfect for the stage. Thanks Dave!

The salesperson Chris Olson demonstrated exceptional product knowledge. He listened well and was informative in a relevant way. He helped me buy exactly the right TV for my needs (LG OLED 65" 2018). The TV and deal was so terrific I bought two instead of one. The guys that came to install them were fantastic – polite, professional and meticulous. From start to finish, my entire experience with Video Only was perfect.

Everyone has their weakness and mine is electronics. I upgrade our Tvs every few years as a result. I've worked with every outfit around the Seattle area over the past 15 years, including Definitive, Magnolia (pre-BB purchase), and Magnolia after Best Buy bought them out.

While Definitive can be decent, they tend to turn up their nose at you when it comes time to discuss any real discount. They have high margins and work to protect them. Best Buy won't even go there any more unless you can force them to honor their price match guarantee. I began making my significant purchases online a few years ago as a result.

No more after my recent experience with Ryan at Video Only. Completely seamless experience. In less time that it would take me to order online, Ryan locked down a great deal for me over the phone that beat every other offer for the set I was looking for by a significant margin.

Great, great experience and will be a repeat customer for certain.
