I stopped by the ampm at 2pm on a very hot day with my two dogs in the car. I went inside immediately after parking the best I could in the shade, as close to the store, since I had my windows down so my dogs wouldn't be hotdogs before I returned. And the gentlemen at the other pump was literally sprawled across the rest of the area. I came back out to my car and since it's illegal to use a phone and drive and I had just purchased a $12 pack of cigarettes I felt I for sure paid for five minutes of shaded parking especially since the pump I was pulled up too, was in fact out of order. So therefore I couldn't possibly be hindering the flow of any business for the company by plugging my phone in and finishing a business proposal before returning to the traffic on the street. Not minutes later a clerk approaches my car and is literally in my window telling me that I cannot be parked there. I ask why ? And was told because I was parked slightly crooked she had gotten complaints and I was to leave. It's 90degrees out. If in fact the lady was given a complaint that I was of concern by my parking. Wouldn't it be more likely she would ask 'are you okay' and any point? no she was rude and indignant and honestly if I couldn't get food or water or air to breath ever again without coming there, I'd just starve and suffocate because I will never give this establishment another cent

I have never posted a bad review about any business because I don't like to focus on the negative. However, Thursday April 1st at approximately 11:58 p.m. I walked into this location. I was there to purchase some ice, a couple of 2L bottles of soda, and a case of water. But I really needed to urinate first. When I walked in and headed towards the restroom I noticed the sign stating that the restrooms were being cleaned. I looked over to the clerk to try to signal and ask if it was okay to use the restroom but he was busy with a customer. There was no way to make eye contact with him and I didn't want to shout across the room. I tried opening the door of the restroom and it was indeed unlocked. Furthermore it looked clean like I had just been cleaned. So since I could not signal the clerk as he was busy I decided to use the restroom for less than a minute. I wiped everything down and then washed my hands and probably came out. As I walked out the clerk Amir was nearing the door and looked at me and told me to please leave the store. I was puzzled as he walked away and then he turned back around as he was walking away and said there was a sign on the door and to please leave the store and never come back. He never asked me for an explanation or anyting. I proceeded to tell him as I walked towards the door, that I was not a transient, and that I had in fact left the bathroom cleaner then when I first came in. He repeated again that I was to leave the store and never return. It was extremely offensive! I I felt offended, demeaned, and embarrassed as he never even asked for an explanation or reasoning. I will appreciate speaking with the owner of this facility and explaining what happened. I don't know why this gentleman Amir felt that he needed to be condescending and degrading to a patron of the business. As I was walking towards the door I proceeded to ask Amir who the owner was. He then responded saying it doesn't matter who the owner is. Again, this was very condescending and demeaning! I am an intelligent man so I understood that I needed to leave the building as I am at a disadvantage in a battle of he said she said with authorities. But even though I was walking to the door as I was asking who the owner was Amir turned around and came towards me. I don't know if he thought he was going to intimidate me or whatnot. But like I said, I was proceeding to exit the building. I want to know who's the owner of this business is and I want to have a discussion regarding this. No owner of a business should be supportive of this kind of action by his employees. Like I said I'm an intelligent man and I'm educated So I responded to a mirror as such but part of me was really Disturbed!
