I'm reading these reviews and wow, I've never experienced what others with 1 star reviews have experienced. I've been coming here many years now and I've shipped, used their rotary services and I rent a mailbox from them. They've always been efficient, helpful, cheerful and kind to me.

I’ve shipped many items from this store and the employees have always been helpful and quick. Grace, the owner, actually went out of her way to pack an oddly shaped item that involved taping multiple boxes together and disassembling the item. Super helpful through it all.

I think they do a great job at this location. I have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. Shipping, notary service, returns all great.

Had the best experience for any Shipping store.

I did a lot of returns from this store in bellevue and two time I return IPhone 15 pro is safe and smooth just few minutes in the store snd every thing excellent

The guy with the British accent that works at this location is incredibly nice and goes above and beyond to make sure he provides good and efficient customer service. He will always try to make you laugh and is genuine with his interactions. I have gone to this location multiple times to return some Amazon packages and have never experienced any issues. Quick and easy and I am out within a minute with a smile on my face!

Every time I go to this location, the staff is courteous, kind, helpful and even fun, so it was time to write a review. The prices are perfectly on par with other UPS Stores price-wise (they are all corporate franchises that have to follow the same rules), the store is neat, tidy and intelligently organized, and I am happy to return for my future shipping needs.

This UPS location is my favorite in WA state!

Impeccable customer service!

Lots of people giving this store 1 star don't realize that the issues they have can be solved online or would happen at any UPD store. I'm a small business owner and I use this store to ship hundreds of packages per month. None of them get lost except the prepaid USPS packages. Very friendly customer service and there is hardly ever a line which is much more than the bridle trails location can say...

I have had a PO box at this location for a year now and have shipped several packages through them. The staff have always been courteous and professional and the prices for services are very fair.

Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews for this place, in my time as a patron I have never seen the staff or management treat anyone rudely or disrespectfully.

If you want fast and professional service, I would highly consider this UPS location!

It’s one of the best UPS locations I’ve been to. Ppl here are super efficient and helpful, plus you can drop USPS mails. The owner and his wife are non-native speakers, a lot of the negative reviews claiming they are not welcoming enough simply dont do them justice. Talk to them several more times. They are very kind and nice ppl.

Had an Amazon return that I know is not a profit center for the store. They were very understanding that I forgot to print out the label and offered to print for me at no charge. Felt very welcomed and superb customer service. Well done!

Needed documents Notarized. I live closer to the downtown UPS but after waiting in line for a long time, a rude older blonde women refused to notarized my documents for what seemed to be a BS reason. She just seemed angry and spoke with annoyance and rudeness not only to me, but also her staff (she seems to be the manager or just bossy). I knew even before she spoke that she would be unpleasant and wanted to be difficult to make someones day as bad as hers. So my husband and I drove out of our way in 5pm traffic to the NE 20th location to prove that it was not UPS but it was that particular women who wanted to feel like she had some power. At the NE 20th UPS I had a short wait time and the notary there was extremely pleasant. I needed a witness in addition to the notary signature and they had no problem having another staff member sign. They said they usually charge extra for a witness but waived the charge. As I expected they had not problem notarizing my simple document.

I have always had a good experience at this store. I use them for all my shipping, small or large.

The nicest staff! Everything was organized, easy to use, and efficient. I ship a lot of things (for work and family) and I will genuinely be making this my "go-to" UPS store. See you guys soon!

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We've had our Mail Box here for years. We've also used the shipping options, and have always been happy with the service. Great staff!

best freakin brisket and pork in town. i always get it chopped and use their spicy bbq sauce to dip it into....if you haven't been you need to go!
