I had a better experience than I thought I would. We went in there to kill a little. We were close by, we went, i deployed my willpower driven Don't-Buy-Anything shield. i bought a few things that look good. I'm happy.

I always find what I need, staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and the store is always clean and organized. (Not to mention the nice coupon you receive when you return amazon items there.) Thank you, Kohls!

I find it VERY refreshing to encounter Kohl's clean, organized, and associate FRIENDLY store.

This kohls has a good sale when I bring my dress back to exchange which my daughter give me, I bought my Son 4 Shirts which the price was $12.00 and $19.00 I got it for $5.00 and $9.00 it was a good sale and I'm going back there today before I go back to Texas.

The staff was very helpful. Kirsti was our cashier and was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

I love this location. The service is great. I come here at least every other month and find many great bargains. Like a sweater reg $40 now on clearance for $4.00 plus my 15 percent coupon. The changing rooms are very clean overall. They shouldn't be knocked down in score because of customers lack of picking up their own clothes. Their are racks to hang unwanted clothing. Their restroom are always clean. The isles are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Just wish you could carry more dresses and skirts in the women's section. Thank you for almost always sending me those cute thank you for coming to Kohls on my devices. They are so thoughtful from store manager!

Great selection of clothes, particularly colors, and friendly staff. Any time I need some specific garment, Kohls has it. They also have almost constant online coupons that you can show the cashier or use online.

Great selection of brands on clearence, great intimates selection. Loved the changing rooms.

Amazon returns here are no hassle and the 25% coupon you get afterwards is great. Used it twice looking for gifts on my way out. A bit funner than the UPS drop off!

The in-store experience here is great. Customer service is awesome. Once my 3 year old ran away and hid in the cloth racks of course but I wasn’t sure because he wasn’t responding to me yelling and running all over the place and the hole store helped me look while someone was at the doors making sure he wasn’t kidnapped. They were even ready to call the sheriff. I was so embarrassed.

Online is quite different though. Their website clearly shows why Amazon is taking over all shopping. App and website are terrible. It works poorly for shopping and even worse for paying your charge balance. It will tell you that you’ve entered the wrong log in info even when it’s correct.1/10 times it’ll work and then kick you off. I called customer service and he said I have to do it on a laptop or desk top. What’s the point of having an app?! They also raised my credit limit from $300 to $600 without me even applying or knowing. That doesn’t bother me and I just pay by phone. As far as online shopping, I’ve tried to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of stuff several times and it wouldn’t work, and then went straight to another companies website and bought it within minutes. It’s just strange how bad and poorly designed a website and app could be for a company this size. Seems like a bit of a foreshadowing and I get the vibe that this company is going to close down like the rest of the companies unable to adapt to the changing times. The CEO and tech crew should be fired if they want to dramatically increase profits.

Lisa, my cashier was wonderful, thank you, for hiring her, she was sooo, friendly. She was to the point & Asked all the right questions, just to give me the best experience, to shop more @ your store. Please recognized her. She is the best cashier. I would shop her just because of her.

I had some Kohl's ca$h and went for a pair of shoes for my daughter and a couple shirts for me, and then an associate Sonia told me about sales they had and I used my Kohl's ca$h and not only did I get an additional 3 shirts for my wife but a sweater and some facemasks and still had enough for some candy at checkout. I don't know how these sales work where you get additional % off already marked down prices but I appreciate her help and time it made my day.

Wow. Just wow. This particular Khol's store is very clean, organized and BEAUTIFUL! They have such a wide arrange of products. Even the clothing sections were neat. There were no random clothes on the floor and each product was neatly folded in their respectful place.
What I loved most about my experience was the staff. They were so helpful with helping me find merchandise and price checking items for me. If one staff member didn't know the answer she would fine somebody else who did. They were so friendly and provided such an amazing and fun shopping experience. WHAT A TEAM! But wait, I didn't get to the best part.
At the checkout I was greeted by a very friendly cashier named Shelby. I have to give a shout out to Shelby for being my sunshine in the store. She sorted out our transaction into three groups because of the way my partner and I were paying. On top of this we asked her to print gift receipts for several items. It seemed like she was struggling but instead of asking for help, Shelby solved the problem on her own while having a fun and pleasant conversation with us! She had such a positive attitude through it all. Shelby was very accommodating, self-sufficient, wonderful, and was the cherry on top to such a positive shopping experience at Kohl's.
I honestly am going to recommend this store in particular, to my friends and family because of the staff and especially because of Shelby.
Dear corporate- do you need a store as an example to your other stores on what a Kohl's should be like? Look no further. Come visit this one.

Went in today for an Amazon return but found a cute dresses in the clearance section. Did you know Kohl's gives you a coupon for $5 off your shopping when you do the Amazon return in the store?

I went into Kohl’s looking for an umbrella base and noticed they had a clearance for them. But when I got to the section, they were all sold out. Mike saw that I was walking to the exit and heard my disappointing afternoon that this was the seventh I went searching for that base. He said to wait a minute and checked out back and wouldn’t you know it...HE FOUND ONE! I was so stoked to have found what I needed that I couldn’t thank him enough. That made my weekend. Thanks again Mike 👍

I was pleased with the personnel at check out. I bought a pair of capri pants,but they didn't have the size I usually wear. She said if they didn't fit right,bring them back,and they could check other locations and have it sent to the store I was at. They aim to please.
