We went to get a new office chair. We wanted to be able to try sitting in them rather than just ordering online. The associate who was back in the office chair section was incredibly helpful. He also clearly communicated our needs to the woman with whom we made the purchase at the front. They made it very easy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Print center is awesome. Anavey helped me with my business cards that the online system could not resolve. She printed them ahead of schedule too!

Anavey was super helpful. I went to use the self-service email and print me Seltzer kiosk but my document was not printing maybe because it was secured or whatnot so I tried the workstation and the workstation still did not allow me to print off my papers needed. As a last resort I expressed my struggles with anime and she was able to locate my PDF file and print from her device. I would have left this business on service but because of her help I was able to get the job done

STAPLES IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLACE!!! Last time I went, the employees were reading the boxes on the printer to tell me about the product. I already knew *much* more than they did. The store looked kind of empty of products, and I wondered if Staples was going to close. THEN, a couple months ago, I saw signs for Amazon Returns at Staples (much closer to my house than where I normally return Amazon products), so I decided to go in. And let me tell you... newly EDUCATED store employees, like Ari, a gem, who knew SO MUCH!! (I went back, just to talk to HER!) And a manager in Vista, CA... Jhankarlo, who made magic after HP customer service wasted HOURS of my life!!! (Educated employees are the biggest draw for me, to get their experience with ie: printer purchases.) ALSO: $10 off coupon each trip you take to return Amazon stuff, which can be used every time you spend $30. WHAT?! I therefore spent time wandering around the store, dictating notes into my phone, to remind myself of what products Staples has that I can shift to purchasing here and saving money vs. purchasing elsewhere. Apparently, they got whole new types of products. GO EXPLORE! Save money! I've purchased toilet paper, paper towels, travel accessories, dishwashing liquid, travel Q-tip and bandaid containers, reusable waterproof ziploc bags, baking soda, travel laundry stain wipes, trash bags, Goo Gone, the Simon game, vinyl gloves, clear packing tape, etc.

Ashley was very courteous and professional. She even saved me some money! I would definitely recommend this location.

Placed an order and was told it would be ready the next day and I really wanted it sooner but did not ask. To my surprise I received an e-mail my order was ready. So early , looked great, and I really needed it. Thank You

I had been looking for a Wenger/Swiss Army Patriot II roll aboard laptop/briefcase. I found it at the Vista location and found the store staff very helpful and accommodating. I will shop here again for any of my office/business travel needs

I had promised to make two large collage photo posters for a Memorial service. I was very happy with the ease of the Staples website to put them together at home. But I had some questions and made a few mistakes that Justin helped me fix to get it done right..BLESS him.
He stayed till 8:15 to get it right and call me--he was suppose to be off at 8:00 !! so nice to see work ethic like that.

JANET IS AMAZING!! I don't think I've ever had such a memorable experience at a store like this. She and her manager went above and beyond to try and find 245 ink for my Canon printer. I needed the ink right away because I had a test to print that night and it was due that night as well! So obviously I was in a panic. They didn't have the ink available so Janet asked her manager if they had it at any other store which they didn't. So I told her that I needed to go to kinkos or something to print and she said no you don't have to! We have a computer you can use here and you can even get your document sent here and pick it up and it's already printed! Umm I had no idea that staples did that, AMAZING! she was so sweet. But of course I tried using the computer and I didn't have my log in for school 🤦🏽‍♀ so I had to go home and get it and I came back right at closing time and they still let me use the computer to print my test. I was so appreciative ave grateful for this kind woman. I was able to print my test and turn it in on time, so thank you Janet for your kindness it seriously went a long way. 🙏

I was helped by Eric, he was quick and walked me through everything. I am sure the next time I come back I won't need any help because I know what to do. Really this reflects well on the management. It's the busiest time of year and I was in and out in 20 minuest, and my order was.done right when Eric said it would be. THANKS!!

The young man Mickie was so helpful and polite. When I called. He went searching for what I needed and when I went in store next day to pick item up it was at register with my name on it. Not often these days do you find such service.

Good selection of products, helpful and professional employees

I am always able to get my buildng plan copies and supplies here . The employees are very nice and go out of their way to help me find what I need. The printing dept personnel are very good and often help me out with suggestions or a fast turn around in a pinch.

Great experience at the print center- excellent customer service. I’ll be back to do more printing with them.
