AT&T Store

The 5 stars for quality of in-person service we received at the Vista Village location, especially by Ben. My wife and I had a few issues working through a replacement phone through our Asurion plan. On 12/18, Ben helped us out, and educated us :), in a charming and helpful manner. We left the store happier, more knowledgeable about our devices and services and with a perfectly working phone. Thanks Ben!

Yazmin demonstrated exceptional professionalism during my phone purchase and data transfer process. Her expertise made the transition seamless and efficient. Her knowledge of accessories that I needed to protect my phone help me make a good choice for my screen protector, as well as the best phone case for my needs

Wow! Great service from Benjamin, Edwin, and Irwin! I recently exchanged an old -phone for a new I-phone 15.
My Apple Watch was not pairing and they all went above and beyond to get my watch working!
Thanks for the best customer service (as usual) but today you out did yourselves!

I had an online appointment scheduled but no one showed up. I went to my local AT&T store and they encouraged me to come to this location because the managers work here. I did, and spoke to Yazmin and Jose, both of which could not figure out how or why I slipped through the cracks, but got me set up with a new fiber installation appointment. That one also had to be rescheduled. Finally I did get fiber/wifi installed on my third appointment. I know this sounds like a sub par experience, and in some ways, it was, but 5stars is earned for how helpful the people that work at AT&T at this location were to me.

Purchased 5 new iPhones for the business. The manager and associate went above and beyond expectations with our questions and the purchase. Vista Village ATT corporate store.

The girl there helped us immediately and told us everything and she definitely needs a raise, I forgot her name MB.

I put an online order and once I arrived to pick up my order it was a quick and easy process

I'm a victim of identity theft at this location but it's not this store fault. I am extremely happy with this store assistant manager Irvin. Who go above and beyond to help with my situation. He went out this way to to make sure I got all the information I needed to make the report. Even the store manager was super he kept in contact with me answering any question I have. I'm super please with both of them. Att corporation is lucky to have those two.

We have had 2 experiences with Irvin at this Vista location. We are longtime ATT customers for both home and business accounts. I can say that with all the ATT employees we have encountered over the years, Irvin is as good as it gets. He is the type of employee that brings so many great attributes to a company.
Some of the characteristics we were lucky enough to witness are as follows:
He knows everything about the products and exactly how the whole ATT program works. He is articulate, calm, kind and very very patient! We had just a couple of weeks ago purchased 3 iPhone 14’s. We needed help with accessories and tonight with a phone exchange. He treated us as if we were very important to him and to your company. My big regret is that we didn’t know to buy our phones from Irvin in the first place. He still treated us with respect and kindness…. When most others would have been anxious to move on.
Please consider what a tremendous asset he is to your organization and recognize his excellence.

Alfredo is a gem. His customer service and tecnical skills were extraordinary, making my experience in buying a new phones for myself and my daughter a pleasure.. He supported us throughout the process with great patience, listening, guiding, educating, and problem solving. He helped us with the best plan and how to save money. When I got into major technical problems with the new phone due to my inexperience he took the time to get it all straightened out and took the time to answer and teach me more than I could have asked. Thank you Alfredo you saved my day!

I came into the store today and Jasmin was so professional! She made calls and figured out the problem I was having and explained it to me in a way which I could easily understand. Her customer service is excellent. She was extremely patient with and understanding of my confusion with my bill. Her taking the time resolved all my problems!! Thank you Jasmin!!

5 Stars for my experience working with Ryan. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services I inquired about today. We had great small talk while he was setting us up with our phones in a reasonable amount of time. He answered every single question I had and made sure I understood everything before we left the store.
This has been our most pleasant experience thus far with AT&T. Thank you, Ryan! Much appreciated!

Alfredo was beyond amazing and extremely helpful- I’d give a 10 star review if I could. Super knowledgeable and made getting a new Apple Watch easy and stress free. Very personable and felt like he had my best interest when helping me choose which Apple Watch fit me and my lifestyle best. Helped me set it up and even helped me reset my password after I forgot it, saving me a trip to the Apple store! Would recommend this location to any AT&T user as well as someone looking for a new provider. Thanks for all your help!

Dropped my phone and it was stolen. Lost all of my photos and had to buy a new phone.
Made 3 visits and Stephanie helped me every tine.
She is the best!
Not only was she patient with my many questions, she was very sweet and helped me set the phone up and recommended apps that would make accessing my account easier.

BEST AT&T location to visit for help!! Got the complete run around from the customer service phone number, they told me I needed to go to the store to get help and it was totally untrue. Once I arrived the employee told me what they were wanting her to do wasn’t possible but instead of giving up Maddie went above and beyond to get my issue resolved! I was in the store for almost 2 hours and Maddie never made me feel rushed or in the way. She was able to multitask helping other guests and stationing employees. GOLD STAR for Maddie!! I have other AT&T locations closer to home and they weren’t able to help I will never go to any other location again! Worth the drive!! THANK YOU MADDIE!! AT&T is lucky to have such a great employee!!

The customer service at this location is 10/10. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and were able to solve all of my issues. Thanks to Stephanie all of my issues were resolved. Thank you again to the amazing Vista Way team.

Ben was wonderful!! Extremely helpful and friendly. Got everything done as quickly as he could.

It was extremely busy that day and well worth the wait, so we did not mind the extra time it took to get help. The staff was exceptional. They answered our questions in full, and cleared up misconceptions that we'd heard earlier that day at a franchise in San Marcos. This will be our "Go-To" store for as long as we live here. Ben, Alex, Yasmine - you rock. Period.
