CVS Pharmacy

Always have a pleasant experience when I come to CVS. The pharmacy staff have all worked there for a long time and are so nice and you know them by name without looking at their name badge and vice versa. They will get you in and out most times. Same with the floor staff. All very nice and easy to talk with if you have a question. Very knowledgeable about where everything is. Parking lot is pretty big and can get busy. Definetly recommend.

Speaking about pharmacy only.... Headaches at this place. But the staff is awesome and it's not thier fault they are usually slammed at this location. Not thier fault.
Lines at pharmacy can get long, but not as bad as canal st Millbury. Millbury lines are thru the parking lot 10 cars. Usually only 3 cars at this one unless it's a very busy time of day.

Cvs as a corporation has a lot to work on. They give me texts saying medicine is ready when it's not among many other things.

Also when it comes to the store as a whole they put in self checkouts it always alerts me and stops me for no reason easier going to desk and checking out old fashioned way.

Horrible wait times. Even more so with drive thru!! Doesn’t that defeat, the purpose of a drive thru? It’s supposed to be quicker there’s always so many cars and they spend 15 to 20 minutes on each car!! Completely ridiculous! Then you have to put up with grouchy and angry staff. The only nice pharmacist was Tintu(sp?) The Asian woman. The other ones are Incompetent And also not Professional at all. I have seen the staff members and the way that they treat Handicapped persons and it’s Horrific. Once in a while, you get a staff member like the girl with the red hair that are Very nice and kind. The girl that walks slowly never Smiles, always has an attitude I mean, if you’ve been doing this job too long, then quit or retire. To the ones that are professional and kind. Thank you. The rest I don’t even know why anybody would write a good review because currently this CVS is the most most horrible one In any town no one wants to go to the CVS but unfortunately it’s the only one in Oxford now.
