I love taproot so much! The magazine has breathed so much life into me as a mother. I was a little lost on what to do when I transitioned into full-time stay-at-home mom and my girls and I just poured ourselves into Taproot. We made all the goodies, baked all the cakes, I would read the articles to them. It truly has meant everything to us.

Beautiful space and friendly staff. They have the best plants and cards and jewelry. Every time I go I find something else that I must have. Excellent for gift giving or treating myself. This weekend I got a calendar and chocolates! A wonderful addition to the Bayside community! Keep up the good work Taproot!

Taproot Market is a beautiful shop and an easy go-to for a wide range of unique gifts & goodies, from jewelry, décor, kitchen items (great variety of towels and napkins!), books, home projects and so much more. The space itself is awe-inspiring, and the items are so thoughtfully curated, all in fitting with Taproot’s style and mission. For those of us in Maine, the cool Bayside location is a draw and parking is a breeze. So thankful for this little gem of a market!

I have had an atrocious experience with customer service. I subscribed and have not received a magazine. At least two issues have gone out since I paid in full to receive the magazine. I have emailed and left voicemails to no avail. Customer service is everything for a company to survive and Taproot’s efforts are lacking concern for their customers, are nonchalant about processing payment and not following through with the product and continuously ignore communication efforts.
