Kroger

They are doing much better since the Newness has worn off and the day to day has set in!! Business as usual. The fresh veggies can't be beat!! The prices are a bit high but if you utilized the phone app and tracked the sales it's good!! Keep your eyes out for the special deals that are not always listed and photogragh them for the cashier! It goes a long way cause they won't believe you. (Just a tip.) GREAT PLACE TO SHOP THOUGH!!

One of the largest in the state, and the newest as of Jan 2022. Impressive variety and comfortable wide aisles. Pleasant to shop without feeling like you’re in a warehouse. Deli and meat sections are phenomenal, produce is well displayed, grab and go is a nice addition, and the design is better optimized for grocery pickup. So many cheeses and olives! I’ll travel 15 minutes further than my current Kroger in a different county to shop here. Kroger recycled or reused almost all materials from the demolished Kmart that previously stood in its place - kudos for working to minimize the environmental impact.

The Kroger in Brownburg is so nicely and kid friendly and was thoroughly impressed with the store. It is large, nice, and new, with a wide variety of products and a clean, modern layout. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience a pleasure. They have carts for kids to sit and push!

However, I did have a less positive experience at the Kroger pharmacy. While the staff were friendly, the pharmacy was understaffed and the wait times were longer than I would have liked. I found myself having to wait longer than usual to have my prescriptions filled, which was a bit frustrating.

Overall, I would give the Kroger in Brownburg a five star rating for the store itself, but would give the pharmacy a three star rating due to the long wait times and understaffing.

Very impressed with store, very clean, lots of great products to choose from , a nice Deli and Bakery. Also a Starbucks inside.

We normally shop at Walmart, but stopped in at the new Kroger for some birthday snacks. It's a very nice and spacious store with a great selection.

Curbside pickup at Kroger has room for growth in that communication during order picking could be improved, but overall I have enjoyed my three experiences using the service…. So, maybe there are Kroger parent company issues with how orders are picked, but overall Kroger pickup should work for most everyone.

Produce. Grains. Baking stuff. Blah blah. Yes you can get that here but don't sleep on the plants y'all...and look at these fresh cut flowers! great affordable assortments.

My niece and nephew love this Kroger because it has THE BEST CHEESE. They want me to STRESS THIS in my review on how its THE BEST PLACE FOR CHEESE. At 3 and 5 years old, this is the best they've ever seen. So there you have it, straight out of the mouths of babes.

At the Brownsburg location the bakery section is nice, I ordered a customized Spiderman birthday cake for my son, they mage it perfect and it was beyond my expectations thanks to Kroger to make my son’s birthday special.

Wow got an awesome deal with flowers today wife's birthday picked up a beautiful arrangement with what a dozen roses from a flower shop would have cost. With a small up charge they arranged what i purchased from selection and a few selections from the reduced section into a selection of amazing flowers

I love the new Krogers. Even though it's like a mall to everyone. It seems to always be crowded. But quick with all the lanes they have to check out at. One of my favorite cashiers work in the self-check out lanes her name is very unique, so I am not sure how to spell it .. so maybe its istoka. She is always upbeat and has such a wonderful personality. Very warm, helpful and always happy. I always like to see her when I'm there. She give a good vibe. Great customer service istoka. Keep up the good work. Great hire...

One of the best grocery stores we've ever been to, and we've been to a lot! A little slow at the deli counter, maybe could've used some more help since there was only one person working the deli. Other than that, the vegetables were so fresh and the meat and seafood were incredible! We will be back to shop! Had everything we needed and then some!

Great store! Although this is a brand new store, it's extremely clean, fully stocked, busy, has plenty of employees and has almost everything you need/want, in one location... including a pharmacy, deli, meat counter, cheese counter, bakery, sushi counter and I'm sure alot more ( I didn't make it through the whole store). There's even a Starbucks located inside!

Beautiful, well kept and stocked. Employees are courteous. Wide aisle. I was blown away by the quality of products and store. Well done Brownsburg. I live in Indy and will drive there.

Fantastic new atmosphere compared to the old Kroger building, which was significantly older, less open, and lacked lighting. I enjoyed the larger selection of items, the coffee bar, and the smell of popcorn (freshly made for sale). My only gripe with Kroger is their prices. If you drive a short distance down the road to Aldi, you'll find generally lower prices on most things. Either way, it's a nice upgrade to the outdated old Kroger building.

This store is always well stocked and clean with a great selection. The staff is very friendly, my kids always leave with a sticker given to them every time. The downfalls are that aside from Wal-Mart there isn't another grocery store in the area, so it's always pretty busy. It can be hard to find a parking spot and check out lanes are usually full. But the cashiers are great and get the job done quickly.
