Great selection this year of quality women's pajamas; bought 3 sets! Fit great, easy purchase. Dressing room area was tidy and whole store was clean and in good order!

I just had the best experience with customer service since 2020.
A man named ken, and he addressed my problem perfectly and with the best attitude! Kohl's Needs to do everything that they can to keep this man as an employee. People like him are very hard to find these days.

The cashier (name started with a K, I can’t remember 😢) was so incredibly kind and bubbly, opening on a Saturday morning. I am glad I stopped in and definitely makes me want to drive the extra few miles to go to this location. Clothing racks were neat and don’t look picked over. Very please with my experience!

My wife and I just went to find some necklaces for a craft project with our daughters and the ladies at the jewelry counter were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. The necklaces were 60% off and my wife received an additional coupon discount and Kohl's cash!

We had a great time sorting shells and making necklaces with our daughters today. The photo doesn't do them justice, but we are happy with the results!

Was at this brownsburg kohls and all the associates were so helpful!! One gal even walked me clear across the store and helped me find what I was looking for! Cheryl the gal at check out was so very kind!! I love this kohls !!

We love Kohls. Great sales and clean store. Friendly staff and quick lines. Sephora prices are too high in my opinion for MAKE UP. But as far as clothes, shoes, etc this is our GO TO! Great selection for plus sized women too. Online has do much more and some awesome sales.

Update of new Sephora makeup dept nice. Clothes not quite so crowded. Very nice restrooms. Help friendly. Should have more mirrors throughout the store rather than just in dressing rooms....

Went to Kohls Tuesday to shop for shoes. Lady in that department was very very helpful helping me find shoes that fit.
The store was very neat and orderly. I live in Speedway and our Kohls has declined in all areas compared to Brownsburg Kohls.

I was in desperate need of finding a last minute Christmas gift for my daughter — I had no idea what to get her! Ugh, teenagers are so hard to buy for these days. But luckily there was one of the employees who asked me if I needed any help. She was extremely helpful and very sweet! Your employee Kamryn is exceptional! She made sure I was satisfied with everything and did the best she could. Great service! Will be back soon!

I just want to thank Anahi for being so polite and courteous at the checkout counter. Stopped by Sephora where (a pretty blonde) young lady helped us with makeup. Found some really good deals on black Friday! Customer service was the best! My daughter just started a new job and found about 5 great outfits for her new profession. Clothes and jewelry selection was on point. Thanks Kohls!
