I worked at this store, all my teenage years. Love working here. I returned this weekend from out of state to get my favorite bakery goodies, store still clean, employees super friendly. It was good seeing all the people I worked with being promoted. Shaw's is a good company.

Clean and full of everything I needed. Great carrot cake from the bakery too! Likely will be doing all my food shopping here

The cleanest and best stocked supermarket I have ever seen. And their prices and sales are amazing!
Bought beautiful swordfish for $9.99 a pound. Hellman’s mayo quart jar for $2.99!
A great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and a broad variety of ethnic products and foods and gluten-free and healthy products.
People (both staff and customers) are so helpful and kind (am in a wheelchair.

Never thought I'd ever go there again. Had to make a quick stop. So ran in couldn't find what I was looking for. I asked this young guy named Sam. This guy searched the entire store found what I was looking for and even brought back the one I wanted. Ok shaw's I'll give you my business again. Make that young man a manager so he can teach the rest of you how to treat customers.

I have always found this location to be well stocked and clean, but the most impressive quality is the professional and pleasant treatment by virtually every staff member. To be honest, this general atmosphere seems to have spread to the other customers!

This has become my go-to store coming from Main South. You can't beat the selection of this gigantic place and I've never been disappointed with freshness or quality. I'm not a fan of Big Y and I've gotten too many items that have gone bad from Price Chopper, so I'm very happy to have this store around. The staff is also great. Entela and Lydia are awesome!

Most of the staff are friendly, however some need a lesson in how to work the public you never put bananas underneath a cantaloupe

Whoever made the chicken wings on 6/30/22 give them their props. Perfectly coated Perfectly cooked. I didn't even plan on wings but i saw and smelled them from the parking lot.. my container was busting af the seam. Keep making them like that I'll buy everytime.

I was really impressed with Shaw. I really never did my shopping there before. Just happened to be in the neighborhood and went in to pick up a few things I needed. I love there produce department. It's amazing. Definitely have to go back there again.

The Shaw's pickup service is great. Although it looked like there were customers parked in the Pickup spots that weren't there for pickup service.

Shaw's Supermarket of Massachusetts is a delightful place to shop for food. I have been to several locations of Shaw's. Each one is clean, organized and with signage well placed. Staff is helpful and available for customers. Items are well priced.
Parking lots at each location. Easily accessible for handicapped customers.

A very welcoming 😊 atmosphere here at Shaw's. Overall, great produce, good deli, good selection of meats and fish. Well stocked. Great customer service here. I go out of my way to shop here.

As a student at WPI I usually go to shaws in gold star but they didn't have much of a variety in their organic produce section. I decided to go to Webster Square and they had everything I needed. Produce manager has a lot of experience and knowledge. I will definitely be going back 👍

The place is great. Clean, multiple choices, friendly workers, clean bathroom and fast check out.

I love this Shaws mostly.ive been to like 3others and this one I like the most.They are stocked 97% of the time with everything especially with there great sale items.Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.They are really good when it comes to accepting coupons(manufacturer ones,there store coupons,&their U coupons) escpecially there have been times were the digital coupon didn't come off my groceries and they took it off for me.also another time I gave them a manufacturer coupon and it didn't come off but didn't realize until I was looking at my receipt outside the store and I went back in explained the situation.they were very helpful and gave me the money of what the coupon would have taken off of my order.many stores are horrible with coupons and honoring them.but not shaws.also if you have time Shaws has these awesome clearance sales in the isles next to the item there will be a little red tag and those items are anywhere from 50%-75% off which is awesome check it out.

The Shaw's Market in Shrewsbury at White City is clean, easy to navigate and you can usually find what you're looking for. Best of all the staff are friendly and actually act like they want to be there!
