Amy's Hallmark Shop

I love shopping at this store. They have something for everyone and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I was able to make purchases for my grandmother, my sister, my nieces and nephew, my friend, my husband, and myself. They always have a great selection and good variety of items, other than cards.

Staff was sweet and helpful, store was well-stocked and clean. I didn't know this, but you can place online orders and have them shipped to the store for pickup if there's something you like online that they don't happen to have in store. I called and they answered the phone right away and looked for items I inquired about. Very helpful and nice. I was looking for Snoopy stuff for my boyfriend's mom. I got this cute color-changing mug with a lid and a super soft Snoopy plush. They had a lot of Peanuts merchandise! 💛 The slippers only came in size L/XL(even online), which was disappointing, but overall a good experience.

Love this place especially the ornaments at Christmas time. Good variety of things. Staff is knowledgeable. Recommend for act celebration type needs.

I haven't been to a hallmark in years. I'm glad this was my first experience back. Staff was extremely friendly & adored my little one who was with me. This location has a lot of cards & last minute gifts to pick from. I'll def be back to get goodies for myself 😜

I was greeted upon entry and sent with a "thanks for coming" when leaving. Lots of available help when needed. Store set up very nice, with lots of seasonal ideas for gift giving.

I haven't been in a Hallmark for years. It was nostalgic experience for me because I used to go with my Mom and Grandma growing up. I recently moved back to Omaha and delighted to have one right next door. A special quality gift for ever occasion. Highly recommend.

Time and time again, Amy's Hallmark exceeds my expectations. It is a large store with a wide selection of inventory. The walkways are wide, so it's easy to steer a stroller without worry of bumping into fragile decor. But beyond the store is its staff. The people who work here are all so kind and friendly. I have an 1.5 year old who doesn't understand "no" yet; but she does understand that everything is pretty and she wants to touch. This tends to lead to meltdowns as we work through this phase. Despite the chaos that we (embarrassingly!) bring, they pretend to not notice the fits and are always so kind and welcoming. I truly appreciate their kindness and will continue to support them with my business.

I went in to this store yesterday. I couldn’t believe all of the merchandise they had! The selection of gifts, candles, movies and more was wonderful!! The staff was very friendly too! I will definitely be returning.

This was one of the best Hallmark stores I've ever been in, Amy's is wonderful she carries everything, I found cards and gifts for every occation I had and I had went to 4 other stores before coming here to Amy's Hallmark Shop and could not find anything, now I'm all done. I will always come to Amy's Hallmark Store and not waste time any place else. Amy's is your #1 Hallmark store to go to for all your card and gift needs.

Went in at 20min to close needing a birthday card and black wrapping paper. The staff helped me find and select both and I was out the door in 15min.
