Years ago we usually shopped at Ethan Allen for furniture, but when we visited Godby’s and dealt with Brian Cox , we were so happy with him that we always came back to Godby’s . He is such a wonderful and helpful guy. He is the reason we shop at Godby’s.

If you need furniture or bedding, you need to go to Godby Home Furnishings. I have shopped many places in the past but my experience with Godby was the best. Cynthia Orr was extremely
patient, knowledge, and spent much time with me treating me like family. I will always shop at Godby.

We have bought furniture from Godbys for 40 some years! They have furnished several homes and 2 apartments! Brian Cox has helped us just about with every purchase! He is very professional and knowledgeable! We love him!

Here is my update.... They have absolutely stood behind every issue. They have extremely quality furniture lines. Custom takes time and is worth waiting for. Ask for Ben. He knows his stuff.

First of all, I am sorry to be placing a negative review. My salesman Ben was amazing and so helpful. What’s the problem?… I just spent thousands of dollars on custom furniture for my new home and I also purchased the top-of-the-line adjustable base for my new top-of-the-line mattress. The base, from the day that it was installed was not correct. It makes a loud popping sound every time you raise the bed. And the bed pushes off the end of the base and you have to replace it. And also does not raise as high as any other adjustable base that I’ve ever had. It is the most expensive adjustable base I have ever bought in my life. I wanted a replacement. And they are demanding that I go through warranty and call a third-party to come in and inspect it. After spending thousands of dollars and they saw the video of what the bed does…. I would’ve thought they would’ve stood behind their product and replaced my adjustable base. I am very disappointed. I even brought my neighbor in who spent many thousands of dollars. But they won’t stand behind this product. And my custom Lazy Boy hasn’t even been delivered yet.

the sales person was excellent at her job, she was very personable, courteous, professional, and she knew about the furniture that I was asking about. I so appreciate Godby Furniture for all their care for their customers.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience with Jeri at Godby Home Furnishings / Carmel location and took delivery of our new sofa(s) and dining room set today. The service that Jeri provided was exceptional. Highly recommend this furniture store.

Very comfortable environment with no pressure. Our sales associate,Michael, went way beyond expectations to make sure we got what we wanted and provided excellent information to make our decision easier.

We are repeat customers. Godby has the best sales people and who really do help you through the whole process and afterwards if you have any questions or concerns. They are always our first go to for buying furniture.

Excellent service per usual! Longtime Godby customer, first time working with sales associate , Michael Campo. His product knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism were superb. I will continue to be a loyal Godby customer based on my latest experience.

Our sales person, Steve Lowe, was professional, polite, PATIENT and went above and beyond to help us select the furniture we wanted. Made suggestions, but not pushy. And even after we had to delete some of the original order due to space constraints, he was understanding. Totally would recommend asking for him if you are in Godby’s looking to buy furniture.

Brian Cox was super helpful and friendly, without being pushy at all! I had never been to Godby and I was really impressed with their quality and selection of couches!

Michael Campo was very helpful in showing us furniture options and suggested furniture layout in our home. Alyce also provided us with color ideas in our home. We appreciate their professionalism and caring attitudes!

Had a awesome experience I was greeted with a hello and a smile. My consultant Cathy was great and had patience. Then I returned on Cathy off day and had interactions with Ben again patience friendly professional and was great also. Everyone consultant even though they was now involved with my purchase had no problem helping me with any questions,or concerns I may have had.

Cynthia was very thorough. She gave us the time we needed in the store, on the phone and by text. She answered all our questions so we were able to choose what furniture we needed.
