This really is the best Kroger location in town. Clean, well stocked, all the amenities and departments.

Sometimes the variety isn't the best but it's a small store and great for quick trips . . .

This KROGER is one of the great ones in Louisville. They have everything, it’s organized, and the sales staff does a great job. It’s a new era in retail PERIOD. Gone are the days of service-with-a-smile WOW! Here are the live and let live, we’re here if we must be era. This KROGER manages to remain cheerful in spite of that. 👍

I love this Kroger never had any problems with them and for the people who has something to say about an curbside order or any other order where employees has to shop for you stop being so lazy and do your own shopping and your won't have any problems. I applause all of you Kroger workers keep up the good/ hard work us essential workers knows how stressful it is

I just left after dealing with Tiffany in the Deli on 11/3. I’ve been in customer service my entire career, and it takes a lot to sweep me off my feet. Tiffany did much more than that. She swept me off my feet and onto my behind. She has an attitude that makes you want to shop even longer. An attitude that makes you want To come back just to say hello. An attitude that will make me go to the deli to see if she is working, even if I don’t need anything from the deli. I hope I am blessed enough to have an attitude like Tiffany’s towards life in general.
Tiffany if you ever see this, I hope you continue to have this energy in everything that you do in life. Your big bright beautiful soul makes a difference in other peoples lives. Don’t ever stop being the truly amazing employee/human that you are. And don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

Kroger is amazing... Their pharmacy at this particular location is getting better every time I go, the staff is more attentive, and I don't always wait in a long line anymore. When I do, it goes pretty quickly..

This is a bigger store. They have more variety than I've seen at some other locations.

I Love this Kroger's! This is the one and only Kroger's I do all of my grocery shopping at! The Employees are always nice and helpful and they have great hospitality towards the customers! This Kroger's is always super crowded but its nice and its always easy to find what your looking for! The parking lot is always packed and its always hard to get in and find a parking spot and Trying to Leave is a mess but despite that I think this Kroger's is the best in all of Louisville Ky!

I do clicklist almost every single week at this location, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. A huge shout out to the bakery department though!! I ordered a cupcake for my child’s first birthday and Beatrice went above and beyond to make us a wonderful monster cake!

Great staff at this location. Just one thing noticed: at the traffic light turn outside Stock Yards bank there's been a person asking for money for a while. If you don't give him money, he shows offensive gestures to you. Absolutely nothing about Kroger. But just an experience that's been discouraging me from going to this Kroger..

Love this kroger the employees are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful they are well stocked more than others an I noticed on this visit the prices have lowered their prices on alot of items,this Kroger is always clean that is a major plus for me

The employees here are fabulous! One guy in produce really helped me find exactly what I wanted. I have portable oxygen but still have difficulty sometimes. The cashier insisted on unloading my cart & the bag boy helped put everything in the cart. At least 2 employees offered to help when I got to my car.

I love this Kroger. The employees are friendly and helpful. I typically can get in and out quickly in the self-checkout. They are 24hr with 24 hr pharmacy. It's just the best.

Since lockdown in March, I've been shopping for my mom as well as my husband and myself. I always go to self-checkout and I always have trouble managing shifting from one transaction to the other. Today, Natty was stationed at the self-check section I was using. When I was almost done checking out my mom's groceries, Natty had pushed an additional cart next to me, to use for my overflow and smiled behind her mask. I truly appreciated her gesture and her attention towards her guests. I was in the restaurant industry for 20 years and a manager for several of those; if I still were, I'd have offered her a job on the spot. Her kind and thoughtful gesture really made my day. She even took the cart I was through with out of the way when I was done. I'd never seen her at our Kroger before; but I hope her supervisors recognize what an asset she is.

Some of the friendliest employees I've ever seen. Product is stocked & produce is fresh.

Great cashier's and bagger's. In a time where customer service is a thing of the past, these employees are still rocking it. Always friendly. Always very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Pros:
-produce is usually fresh
-store is kept clean
-workers are nice
-no lines unless it's during the 'rush hour' after work

Cons:
-can be bad at restocking. Sometimes they'll be completely out of something and no alternative in-store.

Only 2nd time picking up my ordered groceries. Few kinks to work out & changes to get used to. I see the benefits will be great once up and running for a couple more months.

My experience was wonderful. Produce department was very helpful. I got good deals at produce, meat and frozen sections. At check-out the bagger asked if I needed help to my car. Yes, my experience was wonderful. Thank you.
